Coming from a first born daughter with an absent father, and emotionally immature mother figures, PLEASE take this advice and apply it TODAY. My life got so much better and I heal my nervous system simply by learning to prioritize myself, my happiness, my needs/wants, etc BEFORE anything or anyone else (as long as my kids weren’t in danger or truly needed me in the moment). Don’t be selfish and neglect those you love, BUT learn to prioritize you when your little girl on the inside is screaming for your attention, and help her, when you can, to feel seen 💕

Clove tea is used to combat internal parasites, particularly intestinal worms, largely due to its high content of a compound called eugenol. His peace is why I’ll always remain a child of God. Before submitting, my life was chaotic: always stressful, feeling the need to control everything, micromanaging my family, etc. It was such a burden to even be alive some days, but at my lowest, He humbled me. He brought me a peace that I’ve never known before, a love so deep and pure, and a sense of purpose that I was longing to have. He made me whole, and the only thing I regret is not submitting to Him sooner. Thank you, Jesus 💕

I kept saying shower powder, but yall are calling it dusting powder, so forgive me 🤣 On a real note, I’m so excited to use this, when it’s done! Follow along to learn how to make some delicious smelling dusting powder to keep you from being sticky after you slather your body lotion and oil on after your showers! Supplies: (Dollar Tree) glass jar (pop top with waterproof seal and a latch) Perfumes of choice Fragranced body oil (I omitted this) Cotton pads/rounds Dollar Tree cornstarch body/shower powder What to do: Put a base layer of the powder in the bottom of your glass jar Spray 1 perfume on a cotton round (getting it pretty wet/scented) Drop it into the jar Add a layer of powder Repeat with another perfume Don’t be afraid to layer your perfumes, if you want 2 or more! I went back (off camera) and put a 3rd in mine! Repeat until you feel like it’s good and you’re happy with the layers, then top off the jar with the rest of the powder Close the lid, shake it/roll it real good, and let it sit for a few days, shaking a minimum of once per day!
