- Identification of the copyrighted work and the URL(s) on this site where it appears.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).

We respond to valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the material.
Counter-notification
If material was removed or disabled because of a notice and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notification to [email protected] including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district of your address (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice, or their agent.
We forward a valid counter-notification to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement, we restore the material or access to it within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification.
