Fix the “File Too Large” USB error by switching from FAT32, which has a 4GB maximum individual file size, to exFAT or NTFS. Simply back up your USB, open File Explorer → Right-click USB → Format → Choose exFAT/NTFS → Start. Remember: formatting erases all data, so back up first! Comment EZ PC!
