I’ve become fascinated with this artist for the past few weeks as she is giving heavy Rosalia vibes vocally. Her art however? Is something entirely her own! Meet Maria Arnal #mariaarnal #rosalia #newmusic #musiccurator #artistoftheday @Maria Arnal

The most insane 24 hours of my life #nothingbuthieves #nbt #livemusic #concert @Nothing But Thieves

After the BTS concert in London earlier this year, I met some people who asked where the Light Sticks actually come from. This actually got me thinking as I genuinely just always thought they were there from the beginning, but like a lot of things in the world of K-Pop, there’s more than meets the eye. So enjoy this brief but slightly absurd history of K-Pop Light Sticks. Also I would love for a throwback K-Pop festival that only had the balloons as the main fandom tool again Also on my last video like this (the one about Olivia Rodrigo’s Daisy Chain Fields Festival) I had a lot of people DM and ask for all the articles/videos/documentaries I used to get the video together because they wanted to read/watch them. So here’s all the sources for this video (one or two might be missing as a few tabs I accidentally closed before writing down, so if I find them again, they’ll be added.) I’ll be doing this for all my deep dives like this one going forward, hope you all enjoy!
