Happy Wednesday! 😁 Don't overthink it! Move your body even a quick burst it's still beneficial, it's definitely better than zero.😜 #workout #gymlife #exercise #gymmotivation #coachingwithalberta

I walked in the gym this afternoon to warm up before getting ready for my leg workout, and no one was upstairs at all but one guy. Don't forget movement is medicine for the body and the soul. Continue having a wonderful day.😊 #fitness #gymlife #mondaymotivation #workout

Today Olga reminded me that accountability does matter. I'm showing up today and leveling up on the StairMaster at level 9. I was able to walk up the stairs without losing my breath. Thank you to all my besties for always cheering me on, and supporting my fitness journey, I appreciate you guys…
