It’s all my fault because I sprinted 10 times, and it left me exhausted. I tried to test my 100m by myself at the end, but honestly, 11.74 was affected by how tired I was and my heavy legs. I should’ve stretched and warmed up first, then done some 10–30m runs or easy jogging before doing a serious 100m test. I made a mistake because I was already exhausted from doing 10 rounds of 60m sprints with jogging and max-speed efforts. I believe I could’ve run faster if I had tested the 100m while fresh. Next time, I’ll make sure I’m properly warmed up, rested, and my legs feel fresh before testing my true 100m time. 😭😭

11.74 seconds nearly took my breath away. I worked out before testing my 100m, so my legs were already heavy. I can push through about 10 seconds, but my goal is to reach 10.50 seconds while staying in great shape. 💪🏾🏃🏾‍♂️🔥 My personal best is 10.64 seconds, which I ran in 2020 after the COVID period.🔥

Even when my heart is hurting and I’m going through pain, I keep showing up and doing the work. I’m building my strength, endurance, speed, and discipline one day at a time. I may feel tired, broken, or alone, but I know I’m not truly alone, God is with me through every struggle. I’ll keep trusting Him, keep working hard, and keep chasing His purpose for my life. 🙏🏾❤️✝️💪🏾🏃🏾‍♂️. ‘The Lord is close to the brokenhearted.’ — Psalm 34:18 My pain won’t define me. My faith will carry me forward.
