This is a case of a 25-year-old woman who presented with a history of primary infertility of 5 years due to male-factor infertility. In early March 2026, she underwent in vitro fertilisation (IVF) at Life International Hospital, Awka. On 19th October 2026, her long-awaited joy arrived as she safely delivered four live babies — 1 boy and 3 girls. To God alone be all the glory!
