Two (of the many) things I’m learning… 1 — The world isn’t on fire and I can chill out in my day-to-day life. 😂 Slowwwww down, woman. — me to myself every damn day. 2 — I can simultaneously be the best mom I can be AND prioritize my own needs. The gym, quiet time, a makeup routine, keeping up with friends, etc. Because when we don’t, we show up crabby, short-tempered and honestly with way less energy. Buttttt the guilt that comes with trying to put yourself first sometimes is UNREAL. The head and heart go to battle over it daily in my little pea brain. I’m just a girl trying to live her best life at my big age for the first time....
