One final dance. One incredible cast. One unforgettable ride. What a way to wrap up my journey on The Boys. Thank you to everyone who made it such a wild, creative, and unforgettable experience. ❤️ #FYC #theboys @The Boys

A little behind-the-scenes TV reality for our amazing TNS fans 🤍 We know some people are using VPNs because they are excited and want to watch CHEER right away. We truly appreciate the passion and support more than you know. But shows are sold country by country, and official streams/views are a HUGE part of how broadcasters decide whether more seasons get made, where the show travels next, and how much they invest in it. So if you can, please try to: ✨ watch officially ✨ stream on the actual broadcaster/platform ✨ share clips/posts online ✨ comment, repost, and tag broadcasters ✨ encourage your friends to watch officially too That kind of support genuinely helps us more than VPN views do. Thank you for loving The Next Step universe for all these years and for supporting this new chapter with CHEER. We see you, and we are grateful for you 🤍

One year ago we were filming one of the wildest things I have ever choreographed… and today Episode 507 of @The Boys finally dropped on @prime ✨ Huge love to this incredible group of dancers who absolutely COMMITTED to the madness: Alyssa Amazan, Christina Kotsopoulos, Karina Grzella, Kiara Fina, Lia Donadio, Lily-Fay Mowbray, Sara Hinding, and Tatyana Ranaivo 🤍 The gospel choir also deserve a HUGE shout out for bringing the energy to RAISE HIM UP! 🙌✨ Thank you to the brilliant Michael Ground and the entire costume department for the amazing Angel costumes. The wings? Perfection. 🪽 Massive thanks as always to showrunner Eric Kripke, director Sylvain White, the amazing cast and crew, and everyone a for trusting me to help create these insane moments. Huge shout out to Chris Lennertz and Daveed Diggs for this song!!! Maybe Trump will use it for his next rant on X but insert his own name??? Anslem Richardson absolutely nailed the writing (that’s him at the end dancing while the choir is riffing) Season 5 is phenomenal. One more episode to go until The Boys wraps! I am going to miss this world. YEAAS Daveed really is that amazing IRL ❤️ #theboys #choreographer

Still thinking about Episode 5 “The Ball” from The Testaments 💚💜💕 Directed by the fabulous Quyen Tran — her eye for precision and beauty on camera is second to none (and her tiny toy soldiers mapping spacing and transitions in prep… iconic). 🫡 What an incredible sequence to work on. Choreography by me, Amy Wright, with powerhouse support from Assistant Choreographers Robert Yeretch and Myrosia S. Palmer. Nearly 100 dancers — including 40 SSE performers, choreographed dancers, and actors — came together to build this world. Every single person brought something special to the floor. Endless gratitude to our incredible AD team — David Antoniuk and Yari Azzopardi — for the precision, care, and collaboration it took to make this happen. Grateful for dancers who make me look good… you know who you are. Canadian talent showing up in a big way 🇨🇦🔥 @The Testaments #TheTestaments #Episode5 #TheBall #TVChoreography #bts

🎥 THE NEXT STEP — Season 1 BTS! Recorded on an old camcorder because… yes, that’s all we had 😂 You’ll hear my actual phone call from that day + me narrating what you’re seeing now. This was our very first rehearsal space — the Studio/Green Room area. And wait for it… we had this amazing mat that everyone was weirdly obsessed with 😅 Featuring baby versions of: ✨ Victoria Baldesarra ✨ Brennan Clost ✨ Isaac Lupien Plus appearances from Victoria’s mom Cherylann, Bree Wasylenko, and even Shamier Anderson popping in and out. This clip had me giggling so much I had to share it. Hope it brings you the same nostalgia 🫶✨ #TheNextStep #TNS #TNSBTS #BehindTheScenes #Season1 @The Next Step @vicbaldesarra @brennanclost

One of those moments on TNS when we have about 20 mins together to make it work. Omg. The insanity. Miss it. #neverenoughrehearsaltime

Why are we yelling MICHELLE!!?? I think this was a sound bite for another episode … they just needed to record the cast calling her name. 😂😂😂

This amazing move was actually cut from the tour! We’re saving it if TNS8 happens! Write your broadcaster that you want more TNS! I know I do! ❤️

Speedy!

I tap dance. It’s one of my “things” ❤️
