Sometimes you’ve got to slow it down… I rarely get a chance to make these special solo shows happen at scale. In most cities, we chose the smallest rooms we could to keep it cozy. Join me if you can?   The incredible Ivory Layne is opening, so come early if you’re coming at all! The artist presale starts tomorrow morning at 10a Local and you can get a presale password by signing up right now in this link: https://andrewmcmahon.com/pages/tour-dates or in my bio link ! If you’re buying in Cincy, I want to thank you for your patience because the Cincy show won’t actually be going on sale until next week… presale with the same code next Wednesday, and available to everyone that Friday morning. That’s showbiz. Otherwise, all tickets are on sale to all on Friday morning at 10a Local Tag which songs you want to hear, or comment the city we missed on this one so we know you’re out there Poster by Lupe Bustos with a very involved assist from Katie Reahl!

More tickets for both nights just went on sale! Join me in Denver on 11/13 & 11/14 where my new friends in the Colorado Symphony and I will be playing music from Jack’s Mannequin, Something Corporate, and in the Wilderness The presale these past couple days was unexpectedly intense, but the promoter released more tickets for both nights just now. Check the bio link to join us If you’re coming, let me know where you’re coming from!

Philly! Chicago! Long Beach! Tickets just went on sale for the Three Pianos shows ft Something Corporate, Jack’s Mannequin, and Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness. We couldn’t walk away from this after we brought it to Red Rocks last year - come out with us for one last round. For all the wonderful people who’ve asked this week, as much as we’d love to, we won’t be announcing any more of these. You can grab tickets in the bio link or at https://andrewmcmahon.com/pages/tour-dates right now - and if you’re looking at the VIP + Travel packages, they do come with tickets This show was a long time in the making. If you’re coming, let us know where and - dare we ask - let us know what we left off the setlist last time around that’s a ‘must play’ song. Ok thank you take care of each other out there!

Thanks and thoughts about the Jack’s Mannequin MFEO tour - tickets in the bio link

We're back on solid ground after a much needed holiday from real where we were blissfully unable to connect to anything outside of the present moment. The time on this ship reaffirmed the knowledge that there is good in this world. What an incredible group of kind, caring people. To everyone who joined us, thank you for being with us. Thank you to Sixthman for making this kind of joy possible. Thank you to all the incredible artists that came aboard to spread that joy. And thank you Lupe Bustos for capturing it as well as it can be captured!

On Dec 2, I'll be at Troubadour in LA to celebrate the 10th anniversary of my record Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness with a special solo set. This one means a lot - I hope you can be in the room with me for the stories and the songs. Venue presale starts tomorrow at 10a PT, and tickets go on sale to the public on Friday at 10a PT Ticket link is in the bio

How to prep for a tour 401 What did I miss?

Just put the acoustic version of Death Grip up on youtube. Thanks for all of the love. This means so much to us.

Death Grip… is doing it for us. First song release in 20+ years. Think we’re going to keep it going.

Weekend 1 of tour is in the books. This will be our year, took a long time to come…

We did the dunk tank at @Four Chord Music Festival , got rained on, and had the time of our lives <3

Friday night with the boys - @Something Corporate in New York at @The Rooftop at Pier 17

Brooklyn, I love you… Played Death Grip live for the first time ever. ❤️

This moment has been a gift. For years I have worked to put distance between every record and every band and moniker in the name of progress. I’m a modernist at my core and it’s in my DNA to keep moving forward without looking back. That being said, I wrote Death Grip in a moment when I had not only made peace with my past, but frankly, was feeling joy for how lucky I am that I have been gifted with three careers- three bands and lives that have fueled and marked my existence. Writing this song was an extension of a moment when I was taking stock of my good fortune. A moment when I was choosing to live instead of write. This song came out of nowhere. It was a gift from the universe. It was brought to life first by my friends and cowriters, Ivory Lane and Luke Niccoli and next by my brothers in Something Corporate. To merge these identities of soco and wilderness and not call them the future or the past but instead the moment at hand is a gift I never knew I was seeking but I’m so grateful to receive. Mixed by: Luke Niccoli Mastered by: Adam Grover And here’s the incredible team who made the music video: Director and Editor: Jax Anderson Producer: Ash Davis Director of Photography: Sasha Paskal Key Grip: Jesus Yanez Camera Asst: Declan Adams Colorist: Dan Edwards PA: Cole Frank

Recorded a little surf chat this morning. It is a little sharky out there.
