This journey has been about SO much more than just freezing my eggs. 🥹❤️ Those of you who have followed my journey over the last couple of years, especially if you listen to our podcast, will know just how much this means to me and how emotional these last few years have been. Maybe I’ve made choices in the past that have led me to where I am today. Maybe there are things I would have done differently. But I can’t change the past, and I’m learning to be kinder to myself about that. What I can do is take control of the choices I make moving forward. ❤️ I know freezing my eggs doesn’t come with any guarantees and I’m not freezing my eggs because I know for certain that I want children. But knowing I’ve done something proactive for my future gives me a sense of peace that I can’t quite put into words. I’m genuinely so proud of myself for finding the courage to do this. For showing up for myself, even on the days when it felt overwhelming. And for reminding myself that it’s never too late to start making decisions that put your own happiness first. A massive thank you to @CRGH_Fertility and the amazing people who have helped me through this whole process. And of course my sister, who’s been there for me every step of the way. I genuinely don’t know what I’d do without you. ❤️ I have no idea what my future holds, but one thing I do know is that I never want to make big life decisions out of fear of running out of time.
