The painful truth is, dahil akala ng madami na ang work ng architect ay drawing drawing lang, requesting for unlimited design changes does not require time and effort sa architect. No. Walang unlimited revision. May cap ang design revision. The way I manage revisions as an architect, I inform my clients na I can only accommodate upto 2 revisions, with the same design intent. If gusto mo to go beyond 2, you have to pay for it. Why? That's how I respect my time, and my profession, so expect na that's also how I value my client's time and money. And there are houses standing on compromised structures right now because someone prioritized the direction of the front door over the integrity of the foundation. Design protects you.
