In 1911, an onion farmer met a dairy farmer at a local market. What started as a handshake turned into a family tradition. They chose a hillside along Route 20 in Lafayette, NY, where the soil and climate were just right, and began planting trees by hand. 🌳🍎 Five generations later, that same hillside is home to Beak & Skiff. We’re still hand-trimming and picking every tree, planting new ones with care, and always searching for new ways to celebrate this incredible fruit. Our story began with a simple meeting—but it’s the love and dedication behind it that keeps it growing. Happy Earth Day #beakandskiff #appleorchard #cny #syracuseny #syracuse #familyfarm
