R&D DAY 3: okay… I think the cookie gods were with me today. 👀🍪 I’ve had these two flavors in my head for the longest time. They’re two of my favorite flavors in completely different food, and I’ve always wondered: “What if I turned this into a cookie?” So today, I finally did. And the crazy part? Both cookies clicked on the same day. 😭 The flavor is there. The texture is there. That “WAIT… THIS ACTUALLY WORKS” moment is definitely there. 🥹 Just a few final finishing touches and these two are officially DONE & READY FOR COOKIE FEST. 🍪✨ Keeping the flavors a secret for now though. 🤫 Can you guess what they are? 👀 #BissyBaking #CookieFest #CookieFestPH #CookieRND #RNDDay3

THE CHAOS COOKIE IS FINALLY HERE. 👀🍪 This cookie has been an on-and-off R&D project for almost two years. I’ve made so many versions, played around with different mix-ins, and kept trying to find that perfect ratio where everything just works together. And I think… I FINALLY FOUND IT. 🥹 Sweet, salty, chewy, crunchy, gooey, chocolatey; a little bit of everything, all happening in one bite. It’s chaotic, but somehow it makes perfect sense. 🤌🏼 And just in time for our October pop-ups, Chaos Cookie is finally making its debut! ✨ EXCLUSIVE POP-UP FLAVOR ✨ 📍 Cookie Fest 📍 The Grove Weekend Market Come try the cookie I’ve been obsessing over for almost 2 years. She’s chaotic. She’s loaded. She’s finally ready. 🍪 #BissyBaking #ChaosCookie #CookieFestPH #CookiesPH #CookieLoversPH

Always a mother first. 🤍 Then somehow… baker, small business owner, accountant, packer, content creator, and everything in between. 😂 Building a business while raising my girls is definitely not the easiest thing, but I wouldn’t trade this season for anything. Just a reminder that behind every small business is a real person wearing way too many hats. 🥹 To all the mompreneurs doing it all, this one’s for you. 🤍 What hat are you wearing today? 😂👇🏻

This October, we’re bringing the cookies outside! 👀🍪 And of course, we couldn’t just bring the usuals. 😉 We’re bringing POP-UP EXCLUSIVE FLAVORS made especially for these events. ✨ So if you want to be one of the first to try them… you know where to find us. 👀 Come say hi, grab your Bissy Baking favorites, try the new flavors, and hang out with us! 🤎 📍 COOKIE FEST (THE FIRST EVER 🙊🤭) October 17–18 Depensa, Marikina 📍 THE GROVE WEEKEND MARKET October 23–25 The Grove by Rockwell Save the dates, bring your cookie besties, and we’ll see you there! 🍪🫶🏻 #BissyBaking #CookieFestPH #CookieFestPhilippines #MarikinaEats #RockwellEats

If you asked me a few years ago what I wanted Bissy Baking to become… This is exactly what I would’ve prayed for. Maybe not the packing on the floor 😂… but definitely a business that’s busy because of people who genuinely love what we make. Thank you for being part of our story. We’ll never stop doing our best to make every cookie and every dubai chewy worth it. 🤍🍪

Some recipes come together in a day. This one took me more than six months. 💜 Every trial taught me something, and every “not yet” brought me closer to the cookie I had imagined from the very beginning. I hope when you take that first bite of Berry Ube, you can taste all the love, patience, and effort that went into it. This cookie truly has a piece of my heart in it. 🍪

Meet our newest cookie: Berry Ube. 💜✨ A soft chewy ube cookie loaded with creamy white chocolate, roasted pistachios, and freeze-dried strawberries for the perfect little pop of sweetness and tang. Every bite is rich, nutty, creamy, and just the right amount of fruity. We’re so excited for you to try this one. 🤍 Available this week!

Purple. Nutty. A little fruity. That’s all we’re saying for now. 💜👀

Everything is much better with cookies. 🍪 Consider this your sign to grab a box today. 🥰🥹 📍 2nd level, Evia Lifestyle Center 📍 Nailhouse, Bacoor
