The 2nd Collection from Disney | Bobby Kim drops Thursday, October 15 exclusively on DisneyStore.com. Entitled “Baddies,” this collection is dedicated to the queens, the villains and the misunderstood!

It’s Opening Week of the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art here in LA. A $1 billion "temple to the people's art" by George Lucas and his wife Mellody Hobson. Of course, there’s Star Wars stuff, but this is a museum dedicated to artwork that the traditional institutions often overlook. There’s a lot of opinions about this museum, so check it out to form one of your own! #starwars #lucasmuseum

The best-kept secret on the Walt Disney Studios lot is the original Ink & Paint Studio. Still intact from the 1930s, when 200 women inked and painted cels based off of the animators’ drawings. Some of your favorite classics were created here like Snow White, Pinocchio, and Cinderella. By the 1960s, the studio moved onto Xerox technology from 101 Dalmatians to The Little Mermaid. And then, animation transitioned to digital. There are four remaining Ink & Paint artists left at Disney! They’re keeping the spirit of raw animation ALIVE. 🙏

Just got back from Kingswell Skate Shop in Los Feliz, originally home to Walt and Roy’s “Disney Bros. Studio.” Walt first moved to LA in 1923, unemployed with nothing but a cardboard suitcase and $40. What happened next in the back of this realty office made world history. Today, Kingswell honors the Disney Bros. legacy with an annual Block Party for the community.

Why we do @thehundreds. As seen on the latest episode of The Shop.
