I know im not alone when i say there is less to work with financially this year. And thats OK! Its not a joy filled feeling, but its nothing to beat ourselves up about either. We work with what weve got and that is ENOUGH

When youre feeling overwhelmed its ok to take a break and do something that grounds you and brings you joy. In fact, you will be better off for it.

I cant wait for this depression fog to lift but until it does…i work with what i have and work hard at that.
