Pro Tip Below: Don’t share your coconut oil with your husband… 🥴 Have you heard of this Indian folk remedy.. OIL PULLING? Well, it involves swishing coconut oil in your mouth like mouthwash for 5 minute. (Honestly, I refuse to do it that long, I manage 1-3 mins max). The main benefits of oil pulling is that it reduces the amount of harmful bacteria in the mouth. Doing this first thing in the morning before having water or food is most important. The oil pulls the plaque from your teeth which helps reduce the following.. - bad breath 😵‍💫 - bacteria - inflammation of the gums - plaque absorbs to the oil - Also, it’s a natural remedy for teeth whitening. (you’re welcome) ***PRO TIP: keep the coconut oil away from the shower. Your husband WILL USE IT FOR OTHER REASONS and will actually think you purposely put it there for themmmmmmm… 😒🤦🏼‍♀️🥴 Good day y’all! #Share with your stank breath friends #tipthursday #stankbreath #oilpulling #teethwhitening #momtips #fyp #coconutoil

Hi bestie. #momsoftiktok #fyp #bestie

ALKIM Outfit Review • Grove Tunic: The buttery-soft fabric fits like a glove, hugging all the right curves. It’s super versatile—dress it up with a skirt or heels, or keep it casual with flowy pants or even shorts. A wardrobe must-have! • Tate Trousers: These pants are everything. The fit is perfect—sleek, flattering, and high-waisted. They’re on the longer side (I’m 5’1”), so I’ll need to get them tailored, but 100% worth it. The quality is next level. • Stella Dress: Holy wow. I’ve never worn a dress that feels this amazing. The material feels custom-made for my body, giving the perfect amount of stretch while still being structured. I feel so confident in this one! POV: You're trying no screen time with your kid 👶📵 No shame if you use screens—seriously, we’ve all been there. But just a reminder: going screen-free is hard... and totally worth it. Landon’s older now and gets some TV time, but no phone or iPad—except maybe on flights (and even then, it’s backup only ✈️). Let them cry, be silly, try new things.
It won’t be perfect—but it will be worth it. 💛 #ScreenFreeKids #ParentingTips #ToddlerLife #RealMomTalk #ScreenTimeAlternatives #intentionalparenting

For the many that have asked what happened to my back. Well, I was just living my life until the pain stopped me from doing so.. Could of been from powerlifting, running marathons, riding on the boat without cushions, horrendous posture, being nap trapped in all the uncomfortable places. Who knows, maybe it was a mix of everything. Definitely working on my posture moving forward! Although I’m still in the healing phase, I’m excited to have another fitness journey ahead of me! #liveyourbestlife #happiness #fixyourposture #fyp #life #back
