It was so hot at the park yesterday my hoops were slipping out of my hands! I was a sweaty mess 😅 but this flow felt really nice to this song and I’m so grateful for the ability to move my body and learn new things! Happy Weekend Flowmies!! 🌀💘 • • • #hulahooping #hulahoop #music #dance #nc #flow #movementismedicine #hulahoopjourney

This album is everything & it’s all I’ve been listening to lately. Life feels good when you have music that inspires you ✨ • • #soclosetowhat #tatemcrae #purplelacebra #SCTW #visualart #hooptok #flowartscommunity #hulahooper #flowarts #dance #creatorsearchinsights

Watching this flow brings a moment of reflection for me on how far I’ve grown in my hoop journey through the last 9 years. From DIY’ing my first hoop (with plumbing / irrigation tubing 🫣) to challenging myself with doubles which once felt very intimidating .. I’m just so incredibly grateful for the ability to move my body, to learn, play, fail, try again, & again. Life is good ✨ • • • #hulahoop #hulahooping #growth #reflection #failure

short & sweet tonight 😌 trying to flow away the Sunday scaries. • • • #hulahoop #dance #therapy #flow #sundayreset

The way my hoop flew away so effortlessly looks silly to me but I’ve been seeing this dance all over my fyp & tried to learn it in 15mins 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyways, I took a much needed break from posting but I’m backkkk. Also quite behind on a few #sdf tags so here’s to my flowmies who thought of me: @ToriaEuphoria @_thegoosedaddy @Hoopin_FaithAmyMac⭕️🦋 🤍🫡 so grateful for you all!! It’s been a while since I’ve posted so here’s a little clip from Halloween 🎃 I told myself I wasn’t dressing up but decided last minute to get crafty. I had so much fun lighting up the night and causing chaos ⛈️ ⚡️ I had the CUTEST trick-or-treaters stop by & everyone was so sweet & kind watching me flow and encouraging me. It was definitely out of my comfort zone but I enjoyed myself. Hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween. Happy November 🍁 • • • #dance #hulahoop #flow #therapy #LED #storm #diy

For some reason this video brought a moment of reflection for me tonight. When I first began hula hooping I went to Home Depot & DIY’d the most massive & heaviest hula hoop to exist, no seriously.. the bruises from that bad boy were insane! I was just a gal with a passion for dancing, being creative & desperately seeking ways to express myself ✨ One hoop felt good but two, was always a bit.. intimidating. So I delayed for years.. hooping on & off since 2017 - Until, January of this year when I started my TikTok page! Long story short, present me is so proud of past me & all the growth through the years 💖 This journey has been beautiful, rewarding & I’m even more excited now than ever to keep learning, growing, connecting & inspiring as much as I can! So, if you’re feeling discouraged, intimated, or even curious.. start trying, keep trying! You can do hard things! You will be SO proud you started & didn’t quit too! • • • #dance #hulahoop #therapy #flow #doubles

a little feel good, do whatever comes natural flow ✨ 🙃 really needed a few minutes to myself after a busy day prepping for the week ahead. Thank you for the tag @Toriaeuphoria 💖, you inspire me so much!! Feeling so grateful for the amazing people I’ve been able to connect with on this app. Passing along to @Alyssa and @HoopInMotion if you’re up to a stop, drop and flow session 😉 • • • #dance #sdf #hulahoop #therapy #kehlani #folded

song inspo from the talented and lovely @AnnieMae 💖 ✨ I don’t know who can relate but I love a good, sad song 😅 I just can’t help myself. • • • #hulahoop #hulahooper #dance #hoopersoftiktok #flow #therapy #solo #activities #billieeilish #creatorsearchinsights

While watching this back I realized there’s a filter adding two harsh shadow lines to my face on every. single. video. that I recorded today, so there’s that 🥲😂 oh well. I also realized October is literally tomorrow!!! ….which means I’m less than 3 weeks away from seeing Billie Eilish live in concert next month! Today’s flow music choice was fitting ✨ • • • #hulahooping #hulahoop #dance #billieeilish #lovely

⬆️ ⬇️ ⬆️ this took way too many tries to get right and then I was so dizzy afterwards I had to lay down 🤣😐 smhhhh. • • • #hulahooping #hulahoop #dance #LED #flowarts #fridayvibes

It’s Britni bitc…no, really. That’s what BRIT stands for incase you’re curious 🤭 😂 Anyways this song takes me back to my childhood and love for Britney Spears 🌸 I had her Barbie dolls, cds, magazines, clothing and accessories with her all over them! I even had a Britney Spears blow up chair!! (Iykyk) It’s crazy how big of a star she was back then, especially for a time where there was no such thing as social media!! I haven’t heard this song in a really long time and it made me think about how fast time flies. I have a big milestone birthday coming up this year and I think I know what my party theme is going to be now... 😎 • • • #hulahoop #hulahooping #dance #britneyspears #stronger

Name a better song to flow to for the first day of fall 🤨🍁 🤎🥀 I haven’t hooped in a couple weeks between traveling, work and being super sick last week BUT I am finally feeling better and like myself again ✨ It was also nice to limit time online as well, being on socials has felt heavy lately. Sometimes a mental break and reset is the perfect remedy. Sending love to everyone! Here’s to a great week ahead 🙃 • • • #hulahoop #hulahooping #dance #paramore #decode #twilight #fall

I owe some of my flowmies a few stop, drop and flows, I haven’t forgotten. This past week was so busy but I’ll get to those soon & I appreciate the tag 🫶 for now, I’m pulling from my drafts just to check in ✨☺️ Here’s to a great week ahead! • • #hulahoop #hulahooping #dance #schoolboyq #remix #LED

It only took me 3 days to break one of these hoops which happened shortly after this video so yeaaah 🥲 • • • #hulahoop #hulahooping #dance
