Morning Minute, day 2. ☕ Thought: Be here now. If you're always looking ahead, you miss what's right in front of you. Challenge: Give one thing today your full attention. No phone. Quote: "Be happy in the moment, that's enough." Mother Teresa. What did you stay present for? 👇 Happy Tuesday, Stobes.

Introducing the Morning Minute. ☕ A thought, a challenge, and a quote from someone smarter than me. Thought: Zoom out. Your little worry is going to be okay. Challenge: Name one thing bothering you, then three amazing things in your life. Quote: “We suffer more often in imagination than in…

Some days on the road are long, the airport is loud, and the schedule is packed. Same day, but your perspective decides whether it's a grind or a gift. Choose the gift.

My favorite song right now. Please put me on more songs.

I'm back in Savannah for a little bit, so today I figured it was about time I did a little unboxing. I'm so grateful to all the awesome companies who have sent me stuff, and I can't wait to use and try it all. But also, thank you to everyone this year who has given or sent me anything. You all are…

Savannah ➡️ Texas ➡️ California in less than a week! There’s no other crew I’d rather do it with. So thankful to be surrounded by such amazing people every single day. I wouldn’t be who I am or where I am today without everyone in Banana Land, especially the Banana Ball coaches. Love you guys!

Quick reminder: you're allowed to have fun. Search for the things that bring you joy, then do more of them. 🙌

Pregame cardio? No. Pre-pregame cardio. 🏃‍♂️🍌 #running #savannahbananas

There is always time for a little movement.

The Savannah Bananas and all five other teams are in Washington, D.C. for the Banana Bowl! 🍌🇺🇸 Before the games, I had to lace up the shoes and explore the nation’s capital the best way I know how, on a run! 🏃‍♂️ Today’s 6.5 miles took me by the U.S. Capitol, Supreme Court, Library of Congress…

You don't get ready, then start. You start, then get ready. What are you waiting on?

The miles only care if you get them done or not. So do a lot of things in our lives. Sometimes you just have to run 25 miles on a Tuesday because that's the only time you can get it done. Who cares? You get it done. Is it ideal? Probably not. But nothing is ever going to be perfect, especially…

Learn it. Drop it. Next one. Save this for your next bad day.

There’s no better time than now to talk about consistency. Last night the Bananas won in the playoffs and are headed to Washington, DC to compete in the first ever Banana Bowl championship. The amazing comeback last night was not created overnight. It was consistent small steps, every single day…

Had a pleasure talking to @Joe Zollo about his awesome car and when he made his first million. Congrats on all your success!

Don’t let that voice in your head win. Do it anyway. You’ll be glad you did. #relatable #reels #motivation #relatable

Nothing great is achieved in great leaps. Most success comes from small steps every single day.

Everyone’s trying to lock in. Maybe it’s time to lock out. 🍌 See it as play. #SavannahBananas #BananaBall #Mindset
