crab rangoon filling is the same as my salt bread one on substack except I used cheddar cheese in this vid! I think I like cheddar more actually but use what you like! just parbake the tart shells for 10 min at 450 and fill them up sprinkle some cheese on top and bake for 5-7 more min! #crabrangoon

inspired by gil gamja, i made a sweet potato version because sweet potatos are so these didn’t come out as crispy as i wanted, not sure whether it was the thin batter or the frying method, but they still tasted really good. i air fried them later and they crisped up pretty nicely 😌
