One sip of each and suddenly it wasn’t just a tasting for @AmericanIdol podcast host @daniellefishel … it a full-on favorite flavor debate 🤭✨ Now we have to know… which flavor is your top pick?#VocêNasceuParaMudar

The energy backstage at @AmericanIdol finale was unmatched ✨ And let’s just say…. @Intern Adam was VERY committed to getting the “juiciest” scoop on HiNote. 🍑

This impromptu moment led to MÖTLEY CRÜE coming on the @AmericanIdol finale TONIGHT! Let’s kickstart the finale @Mötley Crüe!!!

Alright, tell me… which flavor are you reaching for first? 💛

Common sense self care with soul. Meet HiNote. 💛 For me, wellness is about longevity. It’s about honoring the bodies we’ve been given. It’s about small, steady positive choices that add up over time, choosing better. Not perfectly, just consistently. Those are the same principles that guide how I train, how I eat, how I live. And they became the foundation for HiNote.  I wanted to help build a home for the everyday habits that support real life—movement, nutrition, and simple routines you can actually stick with.
Our HiNote Everyday Energy Daily Nutrition Drink Mix is our first offering that can easily become part of your daily ritual, made with protein, greens, superfoods, fiber, and B vitamins to deliver sustained energy without adding another overwhelming decision to your day. HiNote Life - Powered by fit52 - is an app built on the same values and powered by our incredible community.  It's wellness without judgment. Without pressure. Without the assumption that you have to look or live a certain way to be the best version of you. Steady support for women who are moving forward, at their own pace.  Let’s begin what’ s next on a HiNote, together.
