📍Luquillo Beach Bakery Brunch & Lunch in Playa Fortuna is hands down one of the best sandwich shops/ bakeries on the East Coast, especially if you’re staying in Luquillo. This bakery located just feet away from the famous kioskos de Luquillo. They offer everything from pressed sandwiches and coffee, to lunch, pastries, sweets and even ice cream. The staff was so sweet and helpful. The food was excellent, between the daily breakfast crema options, and your choice of pan sobao or pan de agua had my heart. Japanese Sweet Potatoes!! 🍠 Finally tried the dip in cold water method: I air fried these bad boys for 40 minutes at 425 degrees, turning them half way thru. Took them out and dropped them into cold running water (ice water is reccomended) then airfried for 20 more mintutes at 425 degrees.
