  • 🎃👻 13 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN — DAY 9! 👻🎃 Today we made the CUTEST little monster hand art! 👹🧡 I love… – video by @ciarah.kemp , 1.5K views, duration 0:08

🎃👻 13 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN — DAY 9! 👻🎃 Today we made the CUTEST little monster hand art! 👹🧡 I love finding Halloween crafts that double as keepsakes, especially ones where my toddler gets to be involved in the whole process instead of it just being her handprint and me doing the rest! I started by tracing her hands on paper and outlining them with a black Sharpie. Then I let her pick the paint colors for her monsters (which was probably her favorite part! 🥹) and gave her a fork to spread the paint around and create a fun, hairy monster texture. Once everything dried, I added little pointy nails with a Sharpie and cut around the hands to finish them off! We tried two different ways of painting: dipping the fork into paint on a tray and then spreading it onto the paper, or putting the paint directly onto the paper and letting her spread it with the fork. The second method worked better for my toddler, but it was fun to experiment with both! This was such an easy Halloween art activity for toddlers, and I love that she got to make choices and create something all on her own. They look SO cute hanging up with all of our other Halloween artwork! 🖤 Save this for an easy Halloween craft and keepsake to make with your little ones! 🎃👻 And come back for Day 10 of our 13 Days of Halloween! #halloweencrafts #ToddlerActivities #toddlercrafts #ToddlerArt #keepsake

  • 🎃 13 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN — DAY 8! 🎃 Today we’re going on a little skeleton bone hunt! 💀🦴 I found… – video by @ciarah.kemp , 996 views

🎃 13 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN — DAY 8! 🎃 Today we’re going on a little skeleton bone hunt! 💀🦴 I found these plastic bones at Dollar Tree last year and finally came up with a fun way to use them for a Halloween sensory activity! I made some DIY sensory “dirt” using 4 cups of flour, ½ cup of oil, and ½ cup of cocoa powder. You can add a little more cocoa powder to make the dirt darker, depending on the look you want! Then I buried the bones underneath the dirt on one side of our sensory bin, added a skeleton for some extra Halloween fun, and set out little shovels and skeleton coffins on the other side for collecting all the bones. 🖤 My toddler had so much fun digging through the dirt to uncover the bones, transferring them into the coffins, and then burying them all over again! It turned into such a fun little excavation activity, and she loved being able to repeat the whole process. 👻 I love finding simple ways to turn inexpensive Halloween finds into fun sensory play! This one encourages fine motor skills, scooping, digging, imaginative play, and plenty of hands-on exploration without needing a complicated setup. Save this for a spooky Halloween sensory bin to try with your little ones! 🎃👻 And come back for Day 9 of our 13 Days of Halloween! #HalloweenActivities #toddlerplayideas #ToddlerActivities #SensoryBin #Halloween

🎃 13 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN — DAY 7! 🎃 Today’s activity is a simple Halloween rice sensory bin! 🧡🎃 And honestly, sometimes the simplest setups are the ones that keep my toddler playing the longest! I dyed some rice orange, grabbed a bunch of different-sized containers, and drew little jack-o’-lantern faces on them with a Sharpie. Then I added a scoop and funnel for even more scooping, pouring, filling, and dumping fun! 🎃 That’s it! Such an easy Halloween sensory activity to throw together, but she had so much fun filling up the pumpkin containers, transferring rice between them, and exploring all the different sizes. 🧡 Save this for an easy Halloween activity for toddlers and preschoolers, and come back for Day 8 of our 13 Days of Halloween! 👻 #HalloweenActivities #HalloweenSensoryPlay #ToddlerActivities #halloween #ToddlerPlayIdeas

🎃 13 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN — DAY 6! 🎃 Today’s activity is a 2-in-1 Halloween science experiment! 🧪👻 We made color-changing Halloween potions AND turned them into fizzy potions for even more spooky fun! First, I drew different Halloween faces on jars using a Sharpie (a jack-o’-lantern, vampire, Frankenstein, ghost, and monster) and added vinegar to each one. Then I put a squirt of paint inside each lid and used a Q-tip to spread it around so it wouldn’t drip into the jar. I color-coded the lids to match each character, screwed them on, and let my toddler shake them up to reveal the magic! 🧡💚💜 She thought it was SO cool watching the vinegar turn different colors as she shook each jar! Once she was done exploring the colors, we moved on to activity number two. I added baking soda to a cauldron and gave her a spoon to scoop it into the colored vinegar jars to create fizzy Halloween potions! 🧙‍♀️✨ I love activities that give us more than one way to play, and this one combines color exploration, fine motor practice, cause and effect, and a little early science in such a fun way! Save this for a Halloween activity to try with your little ones, and come back for Day 7 of our 13 Days of Halloween! 🎃 #halloweenactivities #ToddlerActivities #sensorybin #halloween #toddlerplayideas

🎃 13 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN — DAY 5! 🎃 Today we’re making glowing witch potions! 🧙‍♀️✨ And if you’re looking for a fun Halloween sensory bin to try on a gloomy day or during those darker late afternoons, this one is so magical! I filled one side of our sensory tub with water, added green food coloring and green mica powder for that magical, sparkly potion effect, then tossed in some spooky potion ingredients; spiders, googly eyes, and our Glo Pals light-up cubes! 🕷️👀 I added cauldrons in a couple different sizes, a soup ladle, and a little ‘poison’ flask for scooping, pouring, and mixing up all kinds of spooky concoctions. 🧪💚 The best part? The Glo Pals light up when they touch water, making the whole bin extra magical when the room is a little darker! Watching the sparkly mica powder swirl around every time she moved the water made it feel like real witch’s brew. ✨ Water sensory bins are always a hit around here because there are so many ways for little ones to explore, scoop, pour, dump, and play pretend. And this one kept my little witch busy making potions of her own all morning! 🧙‍♀️ Save this for an easy Halloween sensory play idea, and come back tomorrow for Day 6 of our 13 Days of Halloween activities! 🎃 #halloweenactivities #ToddlerActivities #sensorybin #halloween #toddlerplayideas

🎃 13 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN — DAY 4! 🎃 Today’s activity is a simple spooky bats sensory bin! 🦇🖤 Sometimes the easiest setups end up being their favorites, and this one kept my toddler busy for SO long! I dyed rice orange and bow tie pasta black, then added them to our sensory bin with little bats, mini cauldrons, gator grabber tweezers, and a scoop. That’s it! Simple to put together but so many ways to play. 🧡 She loved searching for the hidden bats in the rice, transferring them into the cauldrons, scooping and dumping everything back out, counting the bats, and hiding them all over again. She kept coming up with new ways to play, and I loved watching her little imagination take over! 🥹 This spooky sensory bin is such an easy Halloween activity for toddlers that encourages fine motor skills, counting, hand-eye coordination, and imaginative play without needing a ton of supplies or complicated prep. Save this one for an easy Halloween sensory play idea! 👻🦇 #HalloweenActivities #halloween #ToddlerActivities #SensoryBin #toddlerplayideas

🎃 13 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN — DAY 3! 🎃 Today’s activity is pumpkin volcanoes! 🌋🎃We turned our carved pumpkin into a Jack-O’-Lantern elephant toothpaste experiment, and watching the foamy eruption come out of the pumpkin was such a fun Halloween science activity! 👩🏼‍🔬✨ ✨ What you need: * 1 cup hydrogen peroxide (12% works best, but you can also try 3%) * 2 tbsp dish soap * Food coloring * 2 packets of yeast + 6 tbsp warm water * A carved pumpkin and a couple tall, narrow containers 🪄 How to make your pumpkin volcano: 1. Place a container inside your carved pumpkin and add the hydrogen peroxide, dish soap, and food coloring. 2. In a separate cup, mix the yeast with warm water for about 30 seconds. 3. Pour the yeast mixture into the container and watch your pumpkin volcano erupt! 🌋 ⚠️ Foam gets hot at first & just to be safe don’t have children touch and play with the foam in case all the hydrogen peroxide has not broken down from the catalyst (yeast)! Save this for a fun Halloween science experiment to try with your little ones! 🎃 You can find everything linked on my ShopMy! #halloweenactivities #scienceexperiments #toddleractivities #stemforkids #scienceforkids

🎃 13 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN — DAY 2! 🎃 Today’s activity: frozen monster eyes! 👀🧊 And this one was SO simple to set up but kept my toddler playing for about 30/40 minutes! I filled a few ice cube trays with water, dyed some orange, purple, and green, left one tray clear, and added googly eyes to each cube before freezing them. Then I tossed all of the frozen monster eyes into our sensory table with some monster teeth, and a couple of mini cauldrons filled with warm water. I added large droppers to one and medicine syringes to the other so she could use the warm water to melt the ice and rescue all the little monster eyes. 👻 There were so many little learning moments happening without her even realizing it: fine motor practice with the droppers and syringes, color mixing as the different ice cubes melted together, comparing the temperatures of the ice and warm water, noticing why the ice was melting, and lots of opportunities for pretend play and conversation! And the best part? She wanted to keep playing even after all the ice had melted! Save this one for an easy Halloween activity your toddler will want to play with! 🎃👀 I linked everything in my ShopMy in case you nearby to know where something is from! #halloweenactivities #toddleractivities #sensoryplay #halloweenfun #sensoryplayideas

🎃 13 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN — DAY 1! 🎃 We’re kicking off a little Halloween play series with these milk & oil potions 🧪👻 I’ll be sharing 13 simple Halloween activities leading up to Halloween, so save this series and follow along for the rest! For this sensory bin, I filled one side with oil and added some fun bat glitter, then grabbed mini cauldrons and filled them with milk dyed green, orange, and purple. I added colorful balls, spiders, and eyeballs for her to mix into her “potions,” plus a skeleton hand for stirring. 🦇🕷️👀 And there’s a little science hiding in the fun! The oil and milk don’t mix because they have different properties and densities, so they separate into layers instead of combining. It makes for such a fun way to sneak a little science into sensory play! A simple Halloween activity that kept her busy, encouraged imaginative play, and was so fun to watch come together. 🎃✨ Save this for a Halloween play idea + come back tomorrow for Day 2! #halloweenactivities #toddleractivities #sensoryplay #halloween #toddlerplayideas

Baby’s first Halloween deserves a little boo basket 👻🎃 I wanted to put together a few fun, baby-friendly things for her, plus one little keepsake to remember her first Halloween. Since she’s still a newborn, I especially love the footprint art because all you have to do is press her tiny feet down & no messy paint or complicated setup! I included a Halloween book, spooky high contrast book, sensory toy, matching Halloween PJs with big sister, black and white crinkle “baby paper,” a cute witchy kitty, and the footprint keepsake. 🖤 Such a fun way to celebrate her first Halloween with a few things she can actually use and enjoy! Okay, I think @Lovevery may have made the toddler activity table of my dreams. 🤍 The new Play Every Way Table seriously does SO much!! We’ve already used it as a ball run builder, magnetic chalkboard, water painting station, easel, activity table for Play-Doh, AND a sensory table. 🙌🏼 As someone who is constantly setting up sensory bins and activities for my toddler, I especially love having a large sensory play space built right into the table. It can hold one large sensory tub or two smaller ones, and there’s even a sensory play book with 100+ age-based ideas for setting it up. I also love that it can grow with your child and change as their interests and skills do, so it’s not just one activity table that they’ll outgrow quickly. And somehow all of that is packed into ONE table. 👏🏼 The Play Every Way Table is officially available today! I linked it in my bio if you want to check it out. 🤍 #Lovevery #ToddlerActivities #ToddlerPlay #LoveveryGift #PlayEveryWayTable

🎃 HALLOWEEN BOO BASKET IDEAS 👻 I tried to fill my toddler’s boo basket with things she’ll actually use and enjoy for a while instead of a bunch of little things that will just end up as clutter! Here’s what I included this year: 📚 The Little Ghost Who Was A Quilt 📖 Halloween Cheerios book 🎃 Reusable Halloween sticker book 👹 Build-a-Monster magnetic play box 🧡 Matching Halloween PJs with her baby sister 🧲 Halloween magnatiles travel set 🧱 Halloween connetix set 🎶 Halloween Tonie I especially love adding books, open-ended toys, and things we can use beyond Halloween because it makes the basket feel a little more intentional! A little something for BOTH girls when baby sister arrives 🤍🎁 For baby, I had Macy pick out a book, toy, outfit, and stuffy herself so she could be part of choosing things for her baby sister. I thought it would make the whole thing feel a little more special and exciting for her! 🥹 And for my toddler, I picked out a few things she can enjoy while I’m busy with the baby; a Toy Story pop-up book, Princess mess-free coloring set, kids camera, and a new stuffy. I especially love the idea of having a few activities ready for those moments when I’m nursing or my attention is on the baby. Trying to make this transition as fun and special as possible for my soon-to-be big sister! 🤍 I’ll have everything linked in my bio! #BigSisterGifts #SiblingGifts #NewBaby #BigSister #toddleractivities

Getting my postpartum bathroom kit ready for baby girl 🤍🧺 I had a few things leftover from my last postpartum recovery, including my Frida Mom basket, so I’m filling it up with all the same essentials I used last time! I’m stocking it with disposable briefs, pads, ice packs, the peri bottle, perineal relief foam, cooling pad liners + Dermoplast. Obviously everyone’s postpartum recovery is different, but having these things ready to go ahead of time made those first few days a little easier for me last time, so I’m definitely doing the same thing again. 🤍 Everything is linked in my storefront for easy shopping! #Postpartum #PostpartumRecovery #PostpartumEssentials #NewbornPrep #babyprep

The cutest fall toddler craft! 🍎🍏🎨 We made the cutest little “jam jars” using an apple as a stamp! 🍎🎨 I cut an apple in half and made a little handle in each half so it was easier for my toddler to hold. Then she dipped them into red + green washable paint and stamped away! Once her jars were dry, I added little paper “lids” and tied them up with twine to make them look like jars of homemade apple jam. 🫙🍎 Such an easy fall toddler activity with minimal setup and the finished artwork is just too cute! #ad We may be a little biased, but we LOVE our @Sarah’s Silks over here 🌈✨ I love how many different ways there are to play with these. One minute we’re building a little fort with the Play Fort Kit, then we’re filling it with play silks and little figures for pretend play… and the next thing I know, Macy is twirling a ribbon stick or turning herself into a butterfly 🦋 So many opportunities for open-ended, imaginative play with just a few simple pieces and somehow the play always turns into something completely different than I expected! 💕 Basically, if I say it’s time to clean up… we’re probably going to need a few more minutes. 😂✨ #OpenEndedPlay #ImaginativePlay #ToddlerPlay #pretendplay

💥 The toddler art project that fizzes! 🍏🍎 This fizzy apple painting mixes science + art for the coolest fall activity! Here’s how to set it up: 1️⃣ Mix baking soda into your paint (not an exact science I just mixed it into a paste-like consistency) 2️⃣ Have your toddler paint apple cutouts 🍏🎨 3️⃣ Give them a dropper (or spray bottle, etc.) with vinegar + watch the fizz + color spread! 💥 It’s simple, magical, and a great mix of fine motor + sensory play. 🍎✨ The cutest fall activity you need to try with your toddler! How to make your own playroom apple orchard: 1️⃣ Cut a big tree shape out of cardboard 2️⃣ Paint the top green for the “leaves” 🌳 3️⃣ Tape it up to the wall 4️⃣ Grab some fake apples (Amazon has great ones!) — or use ball pit balls if you already have them 🍏🍎 5️⃣ Stick Velcro squares on the back of each apple + onto the tree (make sure they all match—tree gets soft sides, apples get rough, or vice versa) 6️⃣ Grab some little baskets and add color labels (I painted Hobby Lobby buckets red, yellow & green, but you can also just tape colored paper inside baskets you already own) 🎨 7️⃣ Let your toddler “pick” the apples + sort by color! This turned into the sweetest toddler activity—mixing pretend play with fine motor skills + color recognition. And honestly, it might be even cuter than the real orchard! 💕 🍂 Definitely save this one if you haven’t tried it out already this fall! #falltoddleractivities #fallactivityideas #toddlerplay #toddleractivities #applepicking

A little baby sister prep 🥹🤍 I had my toddler make high contrast cards for her baby sister to look at once she arrives! I wanted to give her a little project that would make her feel involved and excited about becoming a big sister. 🥹 We kept it SO simple — just black + white cardstock and paint sticks! She used a white paint stick on the black paper and a black paint stick on the white paper. Then I cut them to the same size as some of our other high contrast cards. Four pieces of cardstock gave us 8 cards to rotate through! We can use them on the play gym, in the card slot for tummy time, or in the standing card holder from the Looker Play Kit. 🤍 I already know I’m going to love seeing her baby sister look at the art that big sister made just for her. 🥹🖤🤍 #bigsisterprep #toddleractivities #toddlerart #babynumber2 #preparingforbaby

Setting up the cutest little baby doll changing station for some big sister pretend play 🥹🍼 With baby number 2 coming soon, I’ve been looking for little ways to help our toddler get excited and familiar with what life with a new baby might look like and I think pretend play is such a sweet way to do that 🤍 This changing station has a little changing pad, cubbies for baby clothes, storage for diapers and feeding supplies, and pegs to hang accessories. I added swaddles, hats, diapers, a nuk, bibs, pretend bottles, and even a little plate of pretend food for her baby dolls. And of course, I had to add her new toddler baby carrier so she can carry her baby on her chest just like mommy will. 🥹 It pairs so perfectly with her baby doll high chair and stroller and officially completes our little baby doll play area! 🫶🏼 I can already picture all the baby doll care that’s about to happen over here. 🥹💗 #toddlerpretendplay #babydollplay #bigsisterprep #toddleractivities #pretendplay

I’ve had the viral aquarium water table on my list to try since LAST summer… and I finally got around to it! 🐠💦 I added aquarium rocks to the bottom, filled it with aquarium plants, water-activated fish, ocean-themed dive toys, and of course Macy’s Dory + Nemo bath toys. Then I added a little bucket and fish net so she could catch the fish and scoop them into her bucket. 🪣🐟 And let me just say… this one was a BIG hit! 😍 Macy is obsessed with fish (her 2nd birthday party was even fish themed 🥹), so I had a feeling she would love this one. Definitely one I wish I would’ve made sooner! If you have a little fish lover at home, save this one for your next water table setup! 🐠💦 #toddleractivities #toddlerplay #watertable #sensoryplay #summeractivities

Save this for your next summer toddler craft! 🦀🐢☀️ This potato masher art was so simple to set up, but turned out SO cute! We used one potato masher dipped in green paint to make turtles and another dipped in red paint to make crabs. Macy had so much fun stamping them all over the paper, and once everything dried, I added the little details to bring them to life. I love activities like this because they’re easy for toddlers to do mostly on their own, but the finished artwork is adorable enough to hang up or keep in a memory box. ❤️ If you’re looking for an easy summer art activity, definitely give this one a try! ✨ #toddleractivities #toddlerart #artforkids #toddlercrafts #summeractivities

Mini golf + water play all in one?! ⛳️💦 This has easily become one of our favorite backyard activities! The @TheStep2Company Putt & Splash Adventure Center combines active play, imaginative play, and sensory fun all in one setup. Macy had the best time splashing at the water tower, practicing her golf swing, and exploring all the different accessories. I also love that you can rearrange the golf course to create new layouts, so there’s always something new to explore. One of my favorite things about this adventure center is that it isn’t just a summer toy. We’ll definitely be bringing it inside once the weather gets colder for year-round fun! 🤍 Thank Step2 for gifting us this! #ad Messy play will always be one of our favorite ways to learn and play… even if it means a little extra cleanup afterward. 🤍 We paint, play with sensory bins, and do all kinds of messy activities, so having wipes within reach is a must around here! We’ve been reaching for the @Momcozy Official Plus Wipes because they’re thick, oversized, and strong enough that one wipe is usually all I need to clean up messy hands and wipe down our play table afterward. I also love how soft and gentle they are on Macy’s skin. 😊 Bring on the mess & go grab Momcozy Wipes via the link in my bio! ✨ #Momcozy #momcozypluswipes #momcozywipes #momcozybabywipes momcozywaterwipes

3 Toddler Art Activities for Shark Week! 🦈🌊💙 🦈☀️Shark Sun Catchers You’ll need contact paper, tissue paper, and cardstock. I cut a black cardstock circle to look like a porthole—like you’re peeking out of a submarine or cruise ship! We added shark silhouettes (I cut out 4, and Macy picked her 2 favorites), then tore up blue and white tissue paper squares to stick on. Lay everything on contact paper, seal it with another layer, and trim the edges. They look so cute in the window and are easier than they sound! 🦈🎨 Shark Stencil Painting Cut out a shark silhouette, tape it onto a blank sheet of paper, and let your little one paint all over with blue and white washable paint. Once they’re done, peel the shark off to reveal a fun negative-space shark swimming in a colorful ocean! 🌊🦈 Smush Ocean + Sharks Fold a piece of cardstock in half and drop some blue washable paint on one side. Fold it shut, smush the paint around, and then open it up to reveal the perfect ocean background! Add glitter (my toddler’s favorite part!), cut-out sharks, & googly eyes to finish it off. We loved how these turned out 🖌️💙 #sharkweek #toddlerart #toddleractivities #artforkids #toddlercrafts

The prettiest shark week sensory bin! 🦈✨ This might be one of my favorite sensory setups we’ve made lately! It was so quick to put together, but the pearlescent paint made the water so sparkly and beautiful. Macy loved pretending the sharks were swimming through the ocean while exploring all of the different materials. To make it, I added: 💙 Water ✨ Pearlescent sparkle paint 🧊 Blue and clear acrylic blocks 🌿 Aquarium plants 🦈 Shark figurines I also tried adding a small solar water pump to create flowing water, but the spray ended up being a little too high for Macy, so I took it out. It was still just as fun without it! Simple sensory activities like this are one of my favorite ways to encourage imaginative play, language development, and hands-on exploration while spending time outside. Would your little one love this shark-themed sensory bin? 🦈💙 #toddlersensoryplay #sensorybin #sharkweek #toddleractivities #summeractivities

  • Baby number 2 is already making me rethink the things I want to have ready for those newborn days… – video by @ciarah.kemp , 53.6K views, duration 0:43

Baby number 2 is already making me rethink the things I want to have ready for those newborn days 🤍 After learning so much with Macy, I’m adding a few products this time around that I think will make life a little easier with two kids! ✨ Portable Milk + Water Warmer: I’m hoping to introduce bottles more consistently this time, and I love that this can warm milk gently and evenly to help protect nutrients without hot spots or overheating. It has both milk and water heating modes, a large 17 oz capacity, and is completely wireless, making it perfect for days out with two kids. ✨ 2-in-1 Electric Nasal Aspirator: with Macy, we only had a manual aspirator, so I’m excited to have one that combines a gentle mist and suction to help clear stuffy noses. I also love that it has adjustable suction levels, is quiet, and is easy to clean. ✨ Momcozy M5 Smart Wearable Breast Pump: a lightweight, hands-free pump is going to be so helpful while chasing after a toddler. I love that it has app control, multiple pumping modes, customizable settings, and comes with four flange sizes plus a nipple ruler to help find the right fit. What are some of your favorite products you used with baby number 2? 👀 #babyregistry #newbornessentials #momcozy #babyproducts #babymusthaves @Momcozy Official
