something simple and delicious to follow the holiday chaos ❤️

If you know, you know 🍝👯

Another day, another savory snack plate 💚

Now that you know what dish to bring, you can focus on having fun 🎉💃

Clock changed but my comfort pasta stays the same ⏰

Spooky, scary, and most importantly, saucy 🍕💀

soup season 🤝 pasta season None of the complexity, all of the comfort. See recipe below: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add 1 diced yellow onion and cook until it turns translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in 3-4 cloves minced garlic and 1 sliced zucchini, and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fragrant and slightly softened. 2. Stir in 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley, 24 ounces Classico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, and 6 cups chicken broth. 3. Stir in 12 ounces of cooked ground beef and bring the mixture to a boil. Add 7 lasagna noodles, broken into bite-sized pieces, along with 1 cup of fresh spinach. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender. 4. In a small bowl, stir together 10 ounces ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. 5. Ladle the lasagna soup into bowls. Top each serving with a generous scoop of the cheese mixture and finish with a sprinkle of fresh basil.
