Replying to @Sam How to stop getting stuck at the net as a middle and always be available to be a hitter! #VolleyballPlayer #MiddleBlocker #VolleyballConditioning #volleyballcoach #volleyballblocking

BLOCKING TRIPS WORKOUT Your goal is to move QUICK and with intention. Yes you will be tired. That’s the goal 😅 this can be used for all hitters in general, but these are specific to middles! X4 NO Transition Work Stationary Middle Block Swing Block to Outside Swing Block to Right Side (No rest between the 3, rest as needed between sets) X4 ADD Transition to Approach for a 1 Stationary Middle Block Swing Block to Outside Swing Block to Right Side (No rest between the 3, rest as needed between sets) X4 ADD Transition to Approach for a 3 Stationary Middle Block Swing Block to Outside Swing Block to Right Side (No rest between the 3, rest as needed between sets) X4 Transition to Approach to a Slide Stationary Middle Block Swing Block to Outside Swing Block to Right Side (No rest between the 3, rest as needed between sets) Rest and repeat as needed! you can decrease the sets or increase the rest based on your current conditioning levels. As your conditioning and stamina increases, you will need less rest times and will be able to repeat more! ##VolleyballConditioning ##VolleyballPlayer##MiddleBlocker#S#SoloVolleyballDrillsV#VolleyballWorkout

Replying to @✨ mel ✨ 1) listen to his tips players! 2) sometimes Coaches need coaches too! I’ll be the first to admit my SR is not my strong suit, but the more I work on it the better I’ll get and the better I’ll be able to coach/demo for my players #servereceive #volleyballplayer #volleyballcoach #middleblocker #volleyballadvice

No phones were harmed in the making of this video 😅 What blocking questions do you have? #middleblocker #outsidehitter #rightsidehitters #volleyballblocking #swingblock #volleyballadvice

Replying to @⭐️Star_girl⭐️ yes, these are my personal struggles and this may not apply to everybody, but if this does apply to you number one I am so sorry you are struggling with this and number two I understand. but one of the best things that you can do is find a support system, whether that is a professional mental health therapist or somebody else that can work with you on better Kobe mechanisms to separate who you are as an athlete to who you are as a person. We never need to compensate for bad games or bad practices. We can do things to help us become better athletes, but like I mentioned in the video, your intention behind what you do is always going to be the driving factor of whether it is a healthy or unhealthy coping mechanism #athletementalhealth #collegeathletics #selfworth #athleteselfcare

Where should you put your knee pads? Wherever you feel it protects you the most 🤷🏿‍♀️ this is what works for me and most athletes I know! What’s your preference?🤔 #volleyballcoach #volleyballplayer #servereceive #kneepadplacement #volleyballdefense
