Delta Defense, you were one of my favorites! Thanks for inviting me to Nashville for your annual event. Your energy, enthusiasm and stories were unmatched. Best of luck in 2026! Keep Betting on Yourself! 👊🏼 #deltadefense #uscca #keynote #nashville #gaylordopryland #betonyourself #bananas #2026worldcup

Special Moment!! Two months ago at ABCA, I met young ballplayer with big dreams. I gave him a “Bet On Yourself” glove and told him to keep chasing it. This weekend in New Orleans, he surprised me while I was signing autographs…. And then he did something I’ll never forget. He recited every single word of “A New Day.” All of it. From memory. 10 years old. Moments like this remind me why we do this. Why we give the gloves. Why we share the message. You never know whose life you might impact… or who might show up one day and impact yours. This kid made my day. Moments like this are why our mission matters. Every glove. Every conversation. Every kid who starts believing in themselves. One glove at a time. One dream at a time. Bet on yourself. #betonyourself #bananas #bananaball

It’s already written…. Success first starts in the mind, how you visualize it, how you imagine it playing out, the sounds, the smells, the celebrations….then it moves to your self talk…..your words matter, your tone, your body language, the details…..say everything out loud….put into the universe….BELIEVE before everyone else does. Who saw Hannah dancing at the Bananas game last night? For years, I’ve told Reggie’s story and the impact he has on our organization. He is now our full time motivational coach traveling the country, making reginade and putting smiles on everyone’s face. If you happen to come to a Bananas game, just peak down by the dugout and you’ll see him dancing. He’s the best! #betonyourself #bananas #bananaball

Crazy to think we’ve come this far 🤯. Dream Big friends 👊🏼 Love Ya, Mean It!

Today, I’m proud to announce the Gillum’s Bet On Yourself Foundation. THE MISSION: Gift 1,000,000 Bet On Yourself baseball gloves to kids around the world. One kid at a time until the mission is complete. A baseball glove changed my life. It gave me purpose, confidence and connected me with the best people on the planet….coaches, teammates, former players, friends- you all know who you are….Thank you for being on this journey for so long with me. I couldn’t do it without you. This is more than giving away baseball gloves. It’s about giving a kid an opportunity. It’s about giving them confidence. It’s about putting something on their hand that reminds them every single day that no matter where they come from, what people say about them, or how big their dream may seem, they should always…. BET ON YOURSELF. And we can’t do this alone. We need coaches to nominate deserving kids. We need businesses and partners who believe in the mission. We need people willing to donate and help us put another glove on another kid’s hand. And we need YOU to help us spread the message. Nominate. Donate. Partner. Share. Every glove gets us one kid closer to 1,000,000. Visit GillumBetOnYourself.com to get involved. Love you all!! 🫶🏻 #betonyourself #baseballgloves #baseball #bananaball #goals

Turning Dreams into Memories!

The Patriots culture has been one I’ve admired for 20 years. The front office, the coaches and the unique players that kept high standards and won multiple championships have been fun to watch. As we build our brand and culture with the Bananas, I see so many similarities. It starts with great people, I love our people and I can’t wait to see what we build over the next 20 years. We’re just getting started. #Newengland #bananas #betonyourself #patriots #bananaball
