As coaches, we need to create a conducive atmosphere that allows our players to explore, express themselves, and develop. We don’t always have to be strict. There should be boundaries and discipline, but we also need to build a strong relationship with our players. We can be their coaches…

Nobody sees the pain you endure today. They only see the glory when tomorrow comes, and then they criticize, forgetting the struggles it took to get there.

Mama so many things we need to talk about

Let the defenders dance is what we call it .@Chelsea FC @Manchester City @Manchester United @Right To Dream @GHANA FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION @Peak Elite Football Academy @kelmedia_ @

Regaining possession, quick passes to break line and a powerful shot from the wander kid@Manchester United @Manchester City @Chelsea FC

Building up from the back, progressing through the middle third, creating and scoring with just a few passes. Isn’t this beautiful? ⚽🔥@Legends Boss😎♥️🙏 @MAN CITY@Right To Dream

Training should be reflective. We have worked this a thousand time and I see it appear today. Not perfect but we keep going fam.

Quick combination passes in the final third to break lines

We build, progress and create to as well but the end product though. We will get there 💕⚽️🙏🙏@Peak Elite Football Academy

We leave the rest to God
