Right now I'm maintaining 185 mainly because anything past this is only gonna be fat gained not muscle so I can reach a decent muscle mass for 185 then bulk again to maybe 200 and do the same #gym #gymtok #fyp #bodybuilding #davidlaid

Testosterone is a steroid hormone that plays a vital role in human growth, development, and overall health. It is produced primarily in the testes in males, the ovaries in females, and in smaller amounts by the adrenal glands in both sexes. Although it is often referred to as the “male sex hormone,” testosterone is essential for everyone, with males typically having much higher levels than females. During puberty, testosterone is responsible for many of the physical changes that occur in boys, including a deeper voice, increased muscle mass and strength, facial and body hair growth, enlargement of the reproductive organs, and the development of a higher red blood cell count. Throughout adulthood, testosterone continues to support muscle and bone health, maintain sex drive (libido), contribute to sperm production, influence mood and energy levels, and help regulate the body’s metabolism. Testosterone works by binding to androgen receptors in cells, where it affects the activity of specific genes and influences how tissues grow, repair, and function. The body carefully regulates testosterone production through the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, a hormonal feedback system that increases or decreases production as needed to maintain healthy levels. Testosterone naturally fluctuates throughout the day, typically peaking in the morning, and gradually declines with age, though the rate of decline varies from person to person. Low testosterone levels can lead to symptoms such as fatigue, reduced muscle mass, decreased bone density, low libido, erectile dysfunction, depressed mood, and difficulty concentrating, while abnormally high levels may occur due to certain medical conditions or the use of anabolic steroids and can increase the risk of side effects such as acne, infertility, cardiovascular problems, and hormonal imbalances. Maintaining healthy testosterone levels depends on many factors, including genetics, age, nutrition, sleep quality, regular physical activity, body weight, stress management, and overall health. Because testosterone influences numerous organs and biological systems, it is considered one of the body’s most important hormones, contributing not only to reproductive function but also to physical performance, cognitive function, and long-term well-being. @Angel Nino @06kevv @ximmy__trix @MyWrld @hxrizonsof @Kris I gotta mention more ppl for algorithm reasons #gym #fyp #davidlaid #bodybuilding #bulking
