A peeled mandarin with a little rosemary stem, frozen right into the bottom of the glass. It chills your drink without watering it down, and by the last sip it's the best bite of the whole thing. HOW TO MAKE IT: Peel a mandarin, keeping it whole. Press a small sprig of rosemary into the top for the stem. Set it in the bottom of a stemless glass with a splash of water and freeze at least 4 hours.
