So, I choreographed this dance back in 2024, for World Dance Masters and the 24/25 competition season. I never released the dance officially but somehow 2 other organisations have decided to use it for theirs… Anyways, to save any confusion I thought I would officially release it 😃 my affiliation…

Dramatic music to go with me ‘posh’ tone Wigan voice 🤭 Anyways, our stretch of the canal is rather beautiful and peaceful. Used by many many people, great for exercise, wildlife spotting, travelling to and from work, or just getting those steps in like me and a Marj for a mental health boost 🫶🏼 We…

Me and a Marj decided take advantage of this lovely weather today, and visit me Sister and Bro in Law’s caravan Had lovely walks and treated ourselves to a big Bakewell tart from this lovely little independent cafe place near by called Pebbles Hwb. Sundays are my favourite day 🫶🏼

I can’t say it with my chest voice as I’m in bed but I’m not playing when I tell you I think this is one of my best thoughts I’ve possibly ever had. And I’m not even kidding. @Sugababes I’ve been here from the beginning and I won’t stop shouting about you. Unless I’m in bed, then I will say it…

Me and one of my soul mates have this yearly tradition of doing an overnight spa, and this is year 3, somewhere new each time. So, Crabwall Manor. Externally, the building is beautiful. Some of the lounge points, also nice and comfortable. We couldn’t check into our room until 3.00, which is when…
