#greenscreen it’s the little stylistic differences that throw classically trained and very technical dancers for a loop with they audition for the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders (DDC). And Faith’s passé difficulty is a great example of how the techniques slight differences can lead to big misunderstandings. #dcc #dallascowboys #americassweethearts #cheerleader

#greenscreen How did you interpret the interesting comment about DCC training camp rookie Tatum?! In this video I breakdown some of Kelli’s comments about the dancers. Let me know your thoughts in the comments! #dcc #dccccccccccccccccccccccc #dccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc #dcccheerleader

Replying to @Nora Denver Dancers!!! Please comment your thoughts and o these questions if you are interested in contemporary dance classes: 1. WHEN are you free to take class? 2. What LEVEL of contemporary class would you be interested in taking? 3. I specialize in contemporary choreography and improvisation technique - with that in mind, what would an ideal class look like? A quick improv warm up and mostly learning phrasework/comvo, half improv/half combo, interested in improv only? Etc.# 4. Any other info you want me to know! Always helpful! TIA! Hope to work with you all soon!!! #denverdancers #denver #contemporarydance #danceclass #denvercolorado

#greenscreen Kelli made a clear choice to give more feedback and particularly positive feedback to the DCC Cheerleaders in America’s Sweethearts season 3. Was this a good thing? I let you know my thoughts in this video, and let me know yours in the comments! #dcc #dallascowboys #dcccheerleader #dccccccccccccccccccccccc

A great end to my first week of adult advanced classes in Denver! Today was the first Advanced Improvisation Lab, and for those interested in learning more about what we do in this class, WATCH this recap! Today’s class was all about magnets and their energy as they attract and repel. We channeled that into movement and used it as a point for exploration! It was so fun to see how dancer Anaka shifted in her movement throughout the different rounds, and as the task became more complex. My neuroplastic technique improvisation method is not meant to be comfortable or easy, but it is in this discomfort and failure that a dancer’s movement truly changes. I had a blast working with Anaka today! Thank you for your openness and endless curiosity. DENVER DANCERS, if this seems up your alley, join us next week for Advanced Improvisation Lab on Thursday 9/10 at 10:30 am at Denver Dance Center. Your first class is FREE! Also, I will be back with a BANGER for Advanced Contemporary Phrasework on Tuesday 9/8 at 12:00 pm, also held at Denver Dance Center. Would love to work with you! DM me with any questions! #denvercolorado #danceclass #improv #improvise #improvisation
