Rocky’s Outdoors has been a staple in Burton and Genesee County for years. Hate seeing places like this close… If you’ve ever been there — what’s your favorite memory? Or what’s the coolest thing you ever bought from Rocky’s?

I’ve eaten a LOT of burgers over the years… and this might honestly be the best burger I’ve ever had. Fresh homemade flavor, unreal bun, perfectly cooked, and every bite was ridiculous. If you’re anywhere near the Davison Farmers Market you HAVE to try T-Burgers Definitely worth the trip. 🍔🔥 #BurgerReview #MichiganFood #Davison #Foodie #BestBurger

"First time at Tony Packo's... and now I get the hype. 🌭🔥 The place was absolutely packed, which is always a good sign. Had to try the famous coney and it did not disappoint. Definitely worth the stop! Have you been here? What should I order next?" #TonyPackos #ToledoOhio #ToledoEats #ConeyDog #HotDog

LIFE AS A LANDLORD 😆 IF YOU CANT BEAT THEM JOIN THEM LOL

Got a call today from a past investor, and moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Seeing past clients come back and trust our team again truly means a lot. Honestly, it almost brought a tear to my eye. Watching him and his wife put an offer in on a duplex as they start a new chapter together after moving back down from up north is pretty special. Helping people build wealth through real estate, investments, and passive cash flow is something I'm passionate about. I've seen firsthand that it can be done. Whether you're starting with money, little money, or just a willingness to learn, there are opportunities out there. Over the years, I've developed systems and strategies that can help people get started, but I've also learned that success comes from having an open mind and being willing to learn. That's why I've scaled back on giving advice unless someone is truly serious about taking action. I value their time, and I value mine. Today was a great reminder of why I love this business. Congratulations to my clients on this exciting next step, and thank you to everyone who continues to trust us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. #SupportLocal #daneseltzergroup

🍦 Kearsley Cone never disappoints! Stopped by this local favorite in Geneseeville and the food was absolutely delicious. Big shoutout to my co-host Daxton Seltzer for editing the video and helping put this review together. Now it's time for a challenge... 🎥 I officially nominate Rolling with Rudy to review a local food truck and keep supporting small businesses in our community! What local food truck should Rudy try next? Drop your suggestions below 👇 #KearsleyCone #GeneseeCounty #MichiganFoodie #SupportLocal #FoodReview

I promised myself I will never settle again. We are going do it all or go out trying. I encourage you to go live your dreams...... #daneseltzergroup #foodie #motivation

🚧 Progress is coming along on renovation #2! 🚧 Bathroom’s completely tore out, got some of the walls painted, and this one is gonna turn out NICE. 🏡 3 Bedrooms 🛁 1 Bathroom 📦 Big Basement 🚗 Nice Sized Garage This place is getting a full transformation and I can already see the vision coming together. And honestly — don’t be afraid to go for your dreams. There’s never gonna be a “perfect time” to start. You just have to take the leap, trust in God, stay consistent, and keep pushing forward. Don’t go through life wondering “what if.” Go for it. 💯

We just wrapped up two projects—and rolled right into three more. No slowdown, just momentum. We’ve got multiple crews grinding every single day, and I couldn’t be more proud of the team. At Dane Seltzer Properties, we believe in hiring local and supporting local. From cleanup crews to electricians, plumbers, roofers, maintenance staff, and property managers—everyone plays a part in building something bigger. And we’re getting stronger every day. It’s an incredible feeling watching it all come together. Don’t let anyone tell you what you can’t do. If you’ve got a vision, go all in and chase it. There’s a different life on the other side of that risk.

“Would you buy new construction right now?” #realtorlife

“Anyone here into coin collecting?” Went to a coin expo today and honestly didn’t realize how big this world is. Some of these coins were going for crazy money. Do you collect anything or have something random that’s worth more than people think?

This place is one of the most underrated spots in Roscommon… but also might be the creepiest 😅 We always end up back at Art Effects and every time there’s something you just can’t explain… Some of these pieces feel like they’ve got a STORY behind them 👀 Would you actually bring any of this home… or is that a hard no? 😂 ⬇️ Comment below what YOU think about this place #Roscommon #HiddenGems #ThriftFinds #SmallBusinessSupport #RealEstateLife

“PENDING in record time 👀 This one didn’t last long… Thinking about selling in 2025? Let’s talk.”
