It’s interesting how often we say we want something… but struggle to clearly ask for it. When you define it, visualize it, and name it specifically, you move from vague hope to intentional action. Ask for exactly what you want. Then step into it.

And if you have a moment at the end of your rope where you do this, apologize and REPAIR. You are human and you are not perfect. But your kids will not forget that you’ve made them feel like this, even if it was in the heat of the moment. Go back and address it. ❤️

One of the biggest myths in high performance? That elite athletes and CEOs are more motivated than you. They’re not. They don’t always feel like doing the hard things either. The difference is discipline. They know what they expect of themselves — and they stick to it. Not 100% of the time. But about 90%. And that’s enough. 💪

That urge to “prove your point” can feel so strong… especially when being right feels personal. But growth sometimes looks like not sending the text. Like choosing peace over the last word. If you showed restraint in a moment where it would’ve been easier not to— that matters more than being right. Be proud of that version of you 🤍

What would it be like to live so fast and loose?? 🫠🫣

Finished with clients for the day and sitting here thinking about what I should next do to be productive. It almost didn’t even occur to me to just be still and not “do” anything. THAT’s productive in a really important way. ❤️ So here’s to just not doing anything! (After I film and post this reel) 😉

The Mental Game Can Change Everything
-

It still stings. Feeling left out can make you wonder, “Why wasn’t I included?” But instead of waiting to be included, be the one who creates the connection. Send the text. Plan the coffee. Invite someone to dinner. You don’t have to wait to be chosen to reach out.

The mental side of the game is too important to leave to chance—and is the foundation for everything they will work toward in life beyond their sport. I’ve been working on something new for young athletes. (Read to the bottom!) I love working with athletes one-on-one, but because my schedule is limited, I wanted to create a way to teach more young athletes the mental skills I use every day with high-level, professional, and elite performers. This course is designed to help young athletes: • Build real confidence • Handle nerves and pressure • Recover more quickly after mistakes • Stop overthinking during competition • Improve focus and consistency • Use visualization effectively • Develop a stronger, more resilient mindset • Learn a simple mental routine they can actually use before practices and competitions And this isn’t just “think positive” or motivational advice. I’m teaching practical mental training tools athletes can practice — just like they practice the physical side of their sport — so they can perform more consistently and enjoy competing more. The course will be completely online and designed so athletes can go through it on their own, with short lessons and practical exercises they can immediately apply to their sport. I’ll be sharing more details soon. If you have a young athlete who would benefit, comment ATHLETE and I’ll send you the link to join the waitlist!
