#WOODY + #BOPEEP :: I can’t stress enough how angering the writing towards Bo’s character is. She’s been my favourite character since I was around 4 years old actually 😭 I even have a picture of me around that age dressed as her. Little me would be so disappointed to what’s happened to her character, truly. She was such an essential part to Woody’s life I don’t understand why they got rid of her in TS3 other than having the fire scene and she being made of porcelain, but surely there was another alternative. #BOPEEP + #WOODY :: I’m tired of people constantly pushing the narrative she ‘ruined everything’ ‘ruined Woody’s life’ and is overall just a ‘bad character’. Bo Peep has always been Woody’s voice of reason. She’s his long term girlfriend. The one to always see him for him. The girl he loves and admires every chance he gets. She’s the girl Woody seeks out in any minor inconvenience because she’s always making him feel better with her words. Buzz literally says he isn’t lost ANYMORE. Implying he was without Bo. For NINE YEARS. They’ve stayed loyal and true to one another. It’s not that she ruined anything, Woody just wasn’t loved by anyone the way he was with Bo. I genuinely can’t tell you how much I cherish you, and all the memories we have created!! There’s genuinely not a single conversation that we have were I don’t burst out laughing. This friendship is honestly the only one I’ve valued so much, and will value for literally the rest of my life. You mean so much to me, and deserve the world. #GRETATHUNBERG :: My account has become pretty political over the last few days, but this is something that needs to be talked about. I haven’t seen any of my mutuals, or people I know in general speak up about this and it’s worrying. It doesn’t affect you now, but it’ll catch up to all of us eventually. It isn’t too late yet, but it’s getting to the point where it is very much irreversible. I’ve seen so many people say ‘it’s too late now to do anything’ ‘nothing will change’ exactly. Atleast not with an attitude like that. If you go into this kind of thing with that attitude, nothing will be solved. You’re never ‘too young’ and you’re never ‘too useless’ to speak up. These animals are the most wonderful beings on this planet, and they’re now in the hands of evil human beings, at so many of our people’s mercy, and for what? It is not acceptable to destroy their homes and habitats. This was their earth way before ours. What makes you think you have any right to take that from them? No matter how ‘vicious’ you think they are, how small, or how big the animal is, wether it’s a fish, dog, flamingo, whales, lions, cheetahs, etc - they all deserve love. And they all most certainly deserve a home. They keep our planet lively, vibrant, and alive in general. Imagine these sweet babies able to think like us, be able to speak with vocal cords like they’re your friend. Think of looking them in the eyes and telling them the Earth is dying and their natural habitats, their homes, are being destroyed. If you were in their position, I can guarantee you’d want the world screaming to help, so do it for them. While we’re on that topic, Greta Thunberg is currently being held captive by the Israeli army and her government is doing nothing about it. “I dislike Greta thunberg” “she’s so annoying” she is a 22 year old, autistic female, fighting for our animals lives and habitats, fighting for a better world, and fighting for the lives of the Palestinians stuck in Gaza, a place where it’s becoming unbearable to live and thrive there. She is in a cell being beaten, tortured, abused, starved, dehydrated, not to mention stuck with bedbugs in the bed she’s been sleeping in. Speak up, stop staying quiet. It blows my mind that people see this and still choose to ignore it. This isn’t just for Palestine either, this is for every other country. Free Congo, Palestine, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Sudan, Somalia, Haiti, free the innocent children, animals, adults, just free the world. #CINDERELLA :: Can we please cancel msa? Like okay, I’m all for a laugh and joke, especially their stories - and as much as I may be “overreacting” making an episode about Cinderella, and making her the evil one is bizzarre. Especially with how many people believe it. Of course they’re getting money, but Cinderella were a victim of abuse. Turning victims into the evil one isn’t okay, fiction or non-fiction. People that have accounts like that really rub me the wrong way.. her step sister’s and step mother were the villains. “I hate Cinderella after watching the msa version!” Can we take a minute to use our heads? Msa stands for MY story animated, not ‘real story animated’ but my story animated, simply because they make up episodes based on films, or real life people sometimes and then twist it to their own point of view. It is not a true story. The 1950’s Cinderella is the original film, showing Cinderella as a victim. “Thus, as time went by, the chateau fell into disrepair. For the family fortunes were squandered upon the vain and selfish stepsisters while Cinderella was abused, humiliated, and finally forced to become a servant in her own house. And yet, through it all, Cinderella remained ever gentle and kind.” Not that she ever were a villain. Again, maybe I’m overreacting, but a lot of people don’t know that this is actually my all time favourite Disney movie, and when I have a favourite I feel so protective over it. No matter if it’s a real person, tv show, or a film, if I love it, I try and protect it 🥹.
