Nobody on my plane gets to send a mother into the lavatory to feed her baby. I've been a flight attendant for five years and I've had passengers call me over to complain about a woman breastfeeding in her seat like she was lighting a cigarette. Every major airline I know of lets you feed your baby right where you're sitting, cover or no cover. And the crew isn't going to make you move. And sending her into a bathroom that 300 people have used since takeoff isn't a solution. That's just gross. If you want a little privacy, I'll bring you an extra blanket. And if the man in 22C has a problem with it, I'll find him a new seat before I ever ask her to move.
