Sentry’s greatest wildcard is the Void, which makes him even more dangerous but can also make his power difficult to control. If they simply encounter each other and start fighting, Sentry should have the upper hand through overwhelming physical power. If Doom has time to prepare, analyze Sentry, and use his technology and magic strategically, the fight becomes much more complicated. And no, I’m not saying Aizen is weak. He’s one of the most broken characters in Bleach. The problem is that Madara has way too many different ways to fight and win. Aizen’s biggest advantages are Kyoka Suigetsu, insane reiatsu, speed, swordsmanship, Kido and Hogyoku regeneration. That’s an absurd combination, but most of his game plan still revolves around overwhelming the opponent, controlling their perception and surviving whatever they throw at him. Madara has an answer for almost every type of fight. Close combat? Six Paths physical power and Perfect Susanoo. Long range? Rinnegan abilities, Truth-Seeking Balls and massive-scale attacks. Illusions? Sharingan and his own genjutsu. Trying to overwhelm him? Ten-Tails durability and regeneration. Trying to catch him off guard? Limbo. And Limbo is probably one of the biggest problems for Aizen. Madara can create invisible clones that exist in another plane while still physically interacting with the real world. So Aizen potentially isn’t fighting one Madara — he’s fighting Madara plus multiple invisible attackers that he can’t normally perceive. Then there’s Infinite Tsukuyomi, which gives Madara a completely different win condition. It’s not just a trick against one opponent; it’s a global-scale genjutsu. The biggest difference is versatility and redundancy. If Aizen counters one Madara ability, Madara still has five more completely different options. He doesn’t need to beat Aizen purely through speed or raw power. I’ll give Aizen the edge in swordsmanship, Kido and arguably manipulation/intelligence. But in an actual fight, Madara has more tools, more defensive layers, more ways to control the battlefield and far more possible win conditions. So if we’re using peak versions and reasonable cross-verse equalization: Madara > Aizen overall.
