SIDIA the brand is in tribute to the late IRL Sidia, @erinkleinberg's Bubby and the matriarchal glue of her family. An immigrant to Canada, Sidia worked hard professionally & personally to create a future for her family. As hard as she worked, she would recharge even harder, taking the shape of formative fam trips to Palm Springs, California. These clips share flashes of life then that remind us what really fills us up.

Reality of an entrepreneur

When i interviewed Karl lagerfeld i got unexpected advice on the importance of future thinking

"There is nothing more that I cherish than my grandmother Sidia's jewel collection that she passed down to me. Some real, some costume, some with absolutely no monetary value; but more the constant reminder of how she looked when she wore the pieces, the way I can channel her energy when I wear them, and the beautiful thought that I can pass something so heavily meaningful and indestructable down to my daughter Parker. Her pieces act as constant sources of inspo to us whether showing up in our shoots, materials used to source packaging, or color direction, we are always coming back to these beloved pieces; each tells a unique story in their own way. Take a rare peek at some of the collection here." - EK #heirloom #grandma #grandmasjewelry
