It’s OCD awareness week and I just wanted to share this to let you all know you are NOT alone if obsessive compulsive disorder is something you deal with. I’ve spent my entire life dealing with obsessive thoughts and compulsions but it’s really been in my adult life that I’ve had to now learn and deal with vocal stemming with this disorder. There’s so many resources out there but a big one that’s helped me while I’m scrolling is @NOCD (and no this is NOT sponsored, just something that’s been so helpful for me.) OCD can be very silent, loud, hidden or whatever. Be kind and lead with compassion as everyone’s looks different.
