📢 ANNOUNCEMENT 📢 Gatton Park is excited to announce BLOOM - a series of vibrant free programs and events featuring local community partners all centered around awe-inspiring international art. 💐 At the center of BLOOM lies "Peonies" an enchanting art installation by French art collective, TILT. These 20-foot tall flowers light up with a thousand reflections and a palette of ever-changing hues. The installation will be onsite from April 17 - May 31. 🌸 It all kicks off with BLOOM Opening Night on April 17 from 6-9 pm. Enjoy live performances, a local artisan market, a community art project, and much more. 🌈 Throughout late April and May, BLOOM programming invites the community to experience spring through movement, creativity, learning, and connection. From outdoor yoga to hands-on workshops to a community movie night, each program celebrates growth and the beauty of the season. ☀️ Learn all about BLOOM at GattonPark.org/BLOOM. 👏 Thank you to our BLOOM supporting sponsors Gray Construction and PNC.

Please join us in congratulating this happy couple on their engagement! ❤️ There was extra holiday magic in the air on Wednesday during Winter Village at Gatton Park. Art proposed to Marilyn in a cozy igloo while the Tree’s light show set the background. 😊 Art and Marilyn have been neighbors for more than 4 decades. They grew close in recent years after they both lost their beloved spouses. They enjoy attending church and social events together. They love spending time with their friends and family and going to plays and musical shows. 🎄 We are so happy that Art chose Winter Village to pop the question, and we wish them many years of love, light, and happiness. ❄️ We can’t promise you’ll stumble upon a proposal, but we can promise a festive time at Winter Village. Did you know the main play structure at Gatton Park is modeled after a grist mill? 🤔 Grist mills have a rich history in Kentucky. Water-powered mills used the flow of a river or creek to turn water wheels, which powered the large millstones that ground grain into flour, meal or feed. 💧 Today, at Gatton Park, our youngest park-goers can climb in and around our version of a mill, which was developed in partnership with a Certified Playground Safety Inspector. All the built-in safety features create an environment for exploring a wonderland of nature-inspired play.

The Beach Boys. A sunset. A cold beverage. Sounds like the perfect evening! 🏄 The Beach Boys are headed to the CommonSpirit Health Stage at Gatton Park on September 17 with The Sounds of Summer Tour! ☀️ Want to elevate your experience? Ask about our Premium Patio: [email protected] 🌊 You can grab your tickets today by visiting gattonpark.org.
