WE DID IT Y’ALL!!! 🎉🥳 We have traveled in an RV, slept, lived, and done something in all 50 states!!! And we did it before 5 years of being nomads. #50in5 We have traveled thousands and thousands of miles and seen this beautiful country! Checking off many more bucket list items along the way!! The best part we did it with our best friend! ♥️♥️🫶🏼 We couldn’t have done this without all of your support!! We want to thank you all so much for following our crazy journey! Our journey is not over, there’s so much more to come!! Have you been following us from the beginning of our 5 years!? #50states #50in5 #rvtravels #rvjourney

It’s almost winter and we are all about to use our furnace in the RV to stay warm. To keep out bees, wasps, and more, get these furnace vent covers from @etrailer_ They also have them for your fridge vents as well. We have seen a few people have huge nests in their furnace exhaust and it can be dangerous and start a fire. It can also mess up your furnace. We recommend putting these on as soon as you get the camper. Easy to put on with tool that comes with it. Comment insect and I’ll send you the link. #rvtips #rvhacks #rvsafety #insects #etrailerpartner

In the end it’s just us two sometimes. We will always have each other no matter what. Kids grow and families have their own lives. But we are still here for the adventures through sickness and health, growing old together. Just like we always said we would be. ♥️ Sometimes we don’t realize what sickness and health really means until something happens. Then you realize you’re much stronger than you ever thought you could be. #marriage #travelcouple #emptynest #rvliving #marriedcouples

RV Hack! Did you know this? We jjust found this out not long ago. This was our first time using @bluebeacontruckwash and we highly recommend! Our camper was so clean. Next time we will get the wax too. Have you taken your RV through a truck wash? #rvtips #rvhacks #rvliving #truckwash #rvwash

Repost from @gills_on_wheels • If you’re new here this is our garage on our property we bought last year in Texas. This is our rv property we bought to have a place to come back to in Texas. It had nothing in it. We added the washer/dryer hookups and the large fridge/freezer. That’s so we can shop normal for groceries while we are home. Let me know if you want a full walkthrough tour sharing everything and if you have any questions. #rvproperty #garage #garagemakeover #rvlife

Repost from @gills_on_wheels • You won’t regret it! Don’t mind me, just romanticizing my camper. We bought our very first camper 20 years ago when we were stationed in North Dakota. We bought a Jayco travel trailer. We made so many memories in that camper with friends and our sons. Shane got orders overseas and we didn’t buy another one until he retired 13 years ago. I e rented for a few years and then bought a Keystone sprinter 5th wheel. A few years later when we decided to go full-time we bought a Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel. Then the truck camper and now our Jayco 5th wheel. What camper will we choose next? #camper #camping #memories #buythecamper #camperlife

We have all been there when camping, go to get into the shower and the tank is full. Hopefully it’s not on the weekend when it’s football season, because you might have to wait for halftime. Because we have @Dish U.S Anywhere we can watch our favorite games and favorite shows while camping anywhere. #DishPartner As long as we have our starlink we can have TV on the road and at the campground. What’s your favorite show to watch while camping? #footballseason #dishanywhere #dishnetwork #camping

Repost from @gills_on_wheels • These are just a few. Tell me below your RV math! We have all done some of these. 😂 #rvmath #camping #rvlife #rvtips #camplife

Repost from @gills_on_wheels • Still sick, but not as bad as last week. One thing I hate about when I am sick is when my home gets dirty. And of course no one can clean it like I do. I do have a little OCD and it needs to be cleaned how I like it. 😂 It was picked up but not clean. So when I’m sick the unclean house/camper stresses me out. lol. Anyone else like this? #tinyhome #clean #cleanrv #rvlife #camping

Repost from @gills_on_wheels • I just had to share this on the page. Just in case you didn’t see my stories. I’m so excited about this find. It’s stunning, I think it will go in our bedroom under the bed. In our tiny home I am trying to only purchase thrifted, garage sale, estate sale finds. Except for matttess and couch, I need those new. Even if it had a hole or was dirty, it was worth $10. But, when I opened it and it was perfect, it was even better. Do you think I made a good purchase? #garagesale #garagesalefinds #vintage #persianrug #deal

Have y’all seen the new blow up couch by @RVLock & CO, LLC It is so great for camping or around your house. We keep ours in the garage when we’re not camping. It works great, so lightweight and easy to blow up. And it’s made of heavy duty canvas, very durable. And right now they are buy one blow up couch and get the second one 1/2 off!! Comment couch and I’ll send you the link. #rvlockpartner #blowupsofa #camping #rvlife

Repost from @gills_on_wheels • We’re not saying to downsize, travel in an RV, buy land, and live simple, but we’re not not saying it. All these years we thought the best thing was to not have a home base, but it’s really been nice to have our own place to rest especially now with health issues. We think there’s nothing wrong with a hybrid way of RV life or a full/time without a home base. Same as eveyone has their own way of camping, we all have our own way to full-time RV and nothing is one size fits all. Just do what makes you happy!! What do you think, should you have a home base or not? #rvlife #rvliving #fulltimerv #rvtips #homebase

What Fall?! 🍁We don’t get fall foliage, we get dead plants. We are supposed to get only high 80s next week! 😂 I’m so ready for cooler weather here in Texas. It so hot 🥵 still! 😂 #texas #texasheat #firstdayoffall🍁 #camping

Repost from @gills_on_wheels • No tools required! Such easy upgrades for your RV steps and super easy to install. The best part is you can find them both on @etrailer.com And no tools required. AD The @morryde step covers have saved my feet and helped keep dirt out of the camper. The shoe storage is new, but what a great idea by @lippert__ for your shoes to go here to keep dirt out of the RV. And you can add more than one to your steps. Which one do you have or need? Comment steps and I’ll send you the link. #rvmods #rvupgrades #rvsteps #camping #rvliving

Repost from @gills_on_wheels • One of the fastest and easiest upgrades we’ve ever added. It’s going to be so nice to have when it’s rainy and our shoes are all muddy. But, you can already see just the same from Shane’s flip flops coming off from it. My favorite part is they thought of everything and even have where you can store it on the step during travel days. Have you seen these boot brushes for your RV step? Comment brush and I’ll send you the link with a discount code! #rvtips #rvupgrades #rvsteps #camping

Could you wake up in a camper tiny home? We have been doing to now for almost 6 years. Just a few more weeks will be our 6 years Nomadiversary and we wouldn’t change a thing. We have seen some amazing olaces and met some amazing people because of this lifestyle we chose. Hope y’all have a great week! #rvlife #tinyhome #tinyliving #fulltimerv

Everyday someone tells us we are lucky or blessed to live and travel in our RV and to have the property we have. But, we don’t think we are at all. We worked very hard and saved and saved and sacrificed 24 years with deployments (missing family, and events) and things to make this happen. We are not rich by no means, but we did everything we needed to make our dreams come true. Not the regular rich, but the freedom and debt free rich is much better! And now we will save up more so one day we can also pay cash for a small home to be built here. This part could be happening sooner than we thought. Would you do whatever it takes to make your dreams come true? #dreamlife #rvlifestyle #debtfree #rvliving #hardwork

In a tiny space every space should be utilized for storage. Here are some of my tips after living full-time in an RV for 6 years. In this camper I don’t have many cabinets at all so I had to come up with other ways to store items. Take advantage of vertical space, behind doors, under cabinets shelves, and use every wall for storage. There are tons of baskets, risers, containers, storage racks, spice racks and more that can be used for storage in your walls, doors and more places. Get creative and think outside of the box. #rvtips #rvorganization #rvhacks #camper #tinyhome

Some of our favorite RV memories started with a wrong turn, unexpected weather, or a change of plans. That is actually what we call the adventure of RV life. While we can’t predict everything, we can make sure we’re prepared for the unexpected. That’s why it is important to have @GEICO RV insurance. You can spend less time worrying about the what-ifs and more time finding adventures! Tell us your biggest mistake that actually became an amazing adventure! #GEICOPartner #rvtravels #adventureawaits #rvmemories
