Publish to GitHub Packages from Actions... with built-in auth!

did you know you can easily publish to Github packages right from Actions? just create a new workflow or add to an existing workflow to publish the same way you normally would. actions has suggested a template for my npm package, but you can also publish Docker containers or use Maven or Gradle to publish Java packages. in my case, the workflow runs when I create a release, so let's do that now. the best part of publishing from Actions is I can use the Github token secret that Actions gives me. I don't need to worry about additional authentication that way. and the Github token secret also lets me download packages and containers if I need to. so I've created the release, my workflow has run, and here's my package ready to go.
