i rescued an abandoned baby rock wallaby that turned up at my doorstep after the Townsville floods. it was so surreal to see a sole wild emu at a NQ drift event in Townsville. The noise of the drifting and screeching of high powered vehicles, never perturbed the bird for one moment. It was like it had compromised with people to share the outback land, yet continue to be in its natural habitat and familiar surrounds.#emu #townsville #drifting #outback #australianwildlife
