Since I needed to make a large batch of risers for my bookshelves, I figured it was also the perfect time to whip up a new and updated tutorial on how to make your own "floating" risers for your bookshelves. Materials you will need: Melamine, MDF board, etc Saw Drill 1/8th Drill Bit 3/8th Spade Bit Mounting Hardware Wood Filler (Optional) Veneer Tape (Optional) Risers are a very handy way to maximize the amount of books your shelves can hold, with my version minimizing the amount of weight on each shelf while also giving the back row a super clean "floating" appearance. The best part is this method is incredibly cheap as the materials needed to make 22 risers only cost me $50, not including tools of course. #ikeahack #homelibrary #fyp #library #bookshelf

Replying to @mandytalking Sorry for the longer video. Hope some of these tips helps! #manga #homelibrary #mangacollector #mangatips #collectortips #mangatok #mangatiktok #booktok #foryou #fyp

Replying to @mfvert Thanks for the question! This is a little trick I actually use to save space for volumes I'm missing. #manga #mangatok #mangatiktok #mangatalk #mangacollector #mangacollection #collectiontips #ultimatemuscle

So in my time away from making my usual content I've gotten back into Yugioh to help pass the time. I'm still not quite ready to return to my usual kind of higher effort filmed content so this is kind of what I'm going to be doing for a bit still 😅 #graymattermanga #yugioh #yugiohtcg #yugiohtiktok #yugiohcards

Oh hi everyone! I have a bit of a surprise manga haul today. @Yen Press actually reached out to me again to do a review for a specific new release of theirs called Seeds of Anxiety* by Masaaki Nakayama. You may be familiar with another of their works, PTSD Radio. Thanks again to Yen Press for sending me this copy to check out for everyone and stay tuned for a review in a couple days! #manga #mangamail #mangahaul #seedsofanxiety #newmanga

#stitch with @pinoyboi This amazing piece of misinformation just came across my feed so I had to sit down and debunk it in record time because their own evidence did all the work for me. #anime #animenews #crunchyroll #misinformation

I'm back with another batch of manga recommendations, this time around one of my favorite genres/tropes: found families. There is just something about these series that just warms my heart and makes me fall in love with them. So if you like this trope like I do, I'm sure you will love these series too! #manga #mangarecommendation #foundfamily #spyxfamily #mangatiktok

Oh hi, it's me again and I have some new manga goodies to share with you all today! Theres a mix of new releases, some second-hand store finds, an artbook I finally managed to grab for a good price, and finally a big surprise from @kodama! #mangahaul #mangaunboxing #newmanga #manga #mangatiktok

Time for another review! Today I wanted to talk about Otaku x Gal, a new series recently published by Square Enix here in English. Unfortunately this series came across as extremely tropey and the dialogue was some of the cringiest I've read in a long time. That said it did get better by the end of the 1st volume, enough to make me consider trying out a second volume in the future. #manga #mangareview #mangarecommendation #mangacollector #mangatiktok

Time for some more reshelving goodness! #manga #mangashelving #mangacollection #mangacollector #shonenjump

It was time to reorganize the shonen jump collection a bit to make room for some growing ongoing series. It was getting a little bit difficult to fit a few series in 😅 #manga #mangashelving #mangacollector #mangacollection #shonenjump

Its that time again! 😅 #manga #mangashelving #mangatok #mangacollector #mangacollection

Time for some more manga recs! This time I wanted to go over a few "Cute Girls Doing Cute Things" series, and yes that is an actual genre 😅 #mangarecommendation #manga #mangatiktok #mangatok #anime

Time for another batch of rapid fire manga recommendations! This time I wanted to focus on some adult-centric romance series. If you want to know more about these series just let me know! Series: Wotakoi Smoking Behind The Supermarket With You Stomp, Kick, Love Takahashi From The Bikeshop #mangarecommendation #romancemanga #manga #mangatok #mangatiktok

Mystery mail time! Big shout out to the amazing folks over at @kodama for sending over this amazing new release of Sun Ken Rock by the amazing Boichi! This series has been at the top of my "Most Wanted" list for years so I'm extremely happy to finally get my hands on an official English copy. #manga #mangamail #mangahaul #sunkenrock #kodamatales

A little self-depricating humor for today 🤣 Series: How To Love a Loser @Yen Press #manga #mangarecommendation #howtolovealoser #newmanga #mangacollector

Looks like I have one more haul for the month of March to showcase for everyone! My birthday was at the start of the month and got a birthday discount coupon from Indigo so I saved it for the end of the month for all the new releases I was looking to grab. Unfortunately they didn't have everything I wanted so I used the opportunity to grab some volumes of series I was behind on again 😅 #manga #mangahaul #mangashopping #mangatiktok #graymattermanga

#stitch with @𖥔 ۫ ☾ ⊹ ˚ ֢ The absolute audacity of some people. How disrespectful can one person be, assuming and judging a collector just because they are jealous of their collections. For all the collectors out there, please always remember your collections are YOURS. It is not anyones place to tell you yours is bad or you are doing it wrong. Build and enjoy your collections however you wish! #manga #mangacollector #mangacollection #rant

Time for some more rapid fire manga recommendations! I've decided to use my own voiceover for this series going forward so I can change things up and keep it fresh. Feel free to use the voice over for your own rapid fire manga recs too! #manga #mangarecommendation #mangatiktok #graymattermanga #jjk

I'm back with a super special manga haul! #manga #mangahaul #newmanga #mangatiktok #mangatok

Its been a while since I've done one of these manga cleaning ASMR videos and since I know quite a few of you out there enjoy them I figured I do one again with a recent batch of manga I grabbed from EBGames recently! Enjoy! #manga #mangacollector #mangatiktok #booktok #asmr

2026 is going to be the year I finally complete the entire English Shonen Jump collection. With a few of these getting reprints this year it finally feels like its an achievable goal! @VIZ #manga #mangacollector #mangacollection #shonenjump #shonen

I'm back with a little recap of everything I read in January! I'm happy I managed to match of goal of reading an entire TBR rack worth. One book is missing from the final video because I disliked it so much I got rid of it shortly after reading it 😅 I will be posting a slideshow with some more detailed thoughts of each volume later! #manga #mangatiktok #mangacollector #mangacollection #mangaedit

Lets have a little talk about Bato.to and manga piracy in general. With many sites getting hit or shut down by publishers, its important to know this is not going to stop any time soon and no amount of secrecy will stop it from happening. #manga #mangatiktok #piracy #bato #graymattermanga

Hi everyone! Today I wanted to talk about a more understated part of being a manga reader and collector: setting realistic and achievable goals. I wanted to try and tackle as much as possible without needing to do a Part 2, but if there are a lot of questions or demand for it I can work on it as well as maybe even a longer form video that goes into more detail. Also, feel free to stitch this video to share your own goals for 2026! #manga #mangareader #mangacollector #mangatiktok #graymattermanga
