First walk up the the brick wall corner then back to cause an orderly to come down the road
Head back up the steps and stand by the car park railing. Wait for the orderly to pass you then head back down.
Watch the orderlys movements as he looks left and right and spins around. Walk past him, don't rush walk and stand by the railing by the bushes.
