Love how easy it is to log my food with the @Nourish app! I pay nothing - my health insurance completely covers the cost. 🙌 #macros #nourish #caloriedeficit

Day 1 of getting back to tracking all my food with the @Nourish app. I did pretty good today! The Chick-fil-A biscuit wasn’t planned but I still hit my goals. 🙌 #caloriedeficit #macros #nourish

Deep breath Mommas of Juniors. We’ve got this. 🫶 #classof2027 #imok #seniormom

Made a plan with my @Nourish dietician and I’m feeling good about it! Follow along and let’s see if this works. #calorietracking #caloriedeficitgirls #aldiusa

Who else is adding creatine to your daily routine? 🙋‍♀️ I talked with my nutritionist from @Nourish all about this today. Also…this Walmart tumbler is SO good! #perimenopausehealth #creatinepowder #walmartfinds

My momma reminded me that it’s ok to press pause this past weekend. The to do list can wait. The rushing around and constant busyness can slow down. It’s so good to just be. “Be still and know that I am God.” Psalms 46:10 #pause #bestill

I have the best baby sister/eldest child ever. 🥹🤍 #mothersdaygiftideas #babysisters #bigsis

Replying to @tracystrimpel2 I need to be better about doing this. 🤣

10/10 what’s your score? 🤣

We have this trip down to a science after moving to Wisconsin three years ago. 🫰 2 stops and get there under 8 hours. 🙌 #roadtrippin

Why hasn’t someone invented a flat iron with an app that can check this yet? 😅

I need to do this again very soon. 🩷 #overwhelmedmom #stressreliever
