Sometimes in class you get extra practice!! I appreciate my student helping me finish my batch of jam while I helped the rest of the students get theirs in the water bath canner!! This class got to take home a couple free jars of Sugar Free Blueberry!! Sign up for the next class…

Fun times 😂😂😂#Meme #MemeCut

Back at Jam class and this one was so much fun. Everyone had a good time and left with extra knowledge on how to use the steam canner! Meet you at the next class! #jamclass#beginnercanning #BrandonFl #OcalaFl #privateparty

Love that my girls get creative using the simple syrups that are made with real fruit and less sugar! #simplesyrup #lesssugarmorefruit

Pack some orders with me!! First time shipping to California! Thank you for shopping small, we are so Blessed!! #packorderswithme #californiagirls #onthisday #smallbusiness #jamthatsgood

Quick reminder for my Jam class students: too much headspace aka not enough to fill the jar up, let it cool and put it in the fridge to use/eat right away! There is no need to pressure can or water bath if it’s going in the fridge. And wait until you have a full rolling boil in the water bath…

Every day Jesus, but I love it here🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾#Meme #MemeCut

Back at the kitchen to finish June Giving Jars! Vendor friends, keep this going by telling us more about YOU!!! Don’t forget you matter and I want to learn more about YOU! Let’s do a quick summer series before the busy Fall season arrives! #givingjars #junedonations #funfacts #gainesvilleflorida

Class reminder: Scrape off the foam before placing your jars in the water bath canner! Although this doesn’t change the taste, it’s not as pretty in the jar and this will affect your headspace! You want to make sure you have the right headspace according to what the recipe calls for!! #headspace…

Sunflower Bag Co. helped design our new aprons and I couldn’t be more impressed!!! Visit their website for your next personalized project!! #shopsmall #shoplocal #ocalaflorida

We get our nuts in bulk and had the idea to put them in mason jars! Another way these jars are handy to have around!! #nutbutters#gainesvilleflorida #outofplastic #masonjars
