Fluctuates wildly, and his pajamas keep getting tighter. It takes him ages to squeeze into them, only for a button to fly off and knock Marge unconscious. Speak to me! I think you may have put on a little weight. Neck, neck, neck! Homer then hurries to APU's convenience store to buy diet yogurt. APU offers him a carton dating all the way back to 1961. Whatever you do, do not chew the chunks! Uh oh! Oh, boy! Clean up in aisle 3, 2, 1. Once home, Homer tells Marge to take the kids on a trip so no one will cook for him, believing he will slim down quickly. But as soon as Marge leaves, Homer strips naked and binges on all kinds of indulgent food. Food just tastes better in the bathroom now and then. I just love being left alone again. He quickly finishes everything and rummages frantically for more, only to find nothing left but vegetables. Just then, he spots a sausage hidden in the corner of the fridge. Oh, you're shivering. I'll take care of that. Happy birthday to me! I can't wait to eat! As Homer is about to eat the sausage, he hears the dog barking. The pet is also starving. Reluctantly, he cuts the sausage in half. Ah! My finger! My hot dog! Homer wraps his finger in a towel. Moments later, a delicious meat aroma drifts from the grill. Unable to resist the temptation, he accidentally eats his own finger.
