BEST HIDDEN GEM LOOKOUT IN ADELAIDE ⁉️ Taking you on the ultimate Hills adventure to Steingarten Lookout - trust me, this view hits different! We grabbed some incredible cheesecake cups from @cheekycheesecakeaus (Biscoff & Strawberry Matcha were chef's kiss), drove through the stunning Adelaide Hills, and discovered the most perfect sunset spot. We started on Lower North East Road, driving through Inglewood, Millbrook, and Chain of Ponds, taking in the beautiful atmosphere of the Adelaide Hills. Just take a look - there's nothing much better than this. Turning on to South Para Road, making our way through Kersbrook, Williamstown, then Lyndoch, we made a turn on Trial Hill Road, where the Steingarten Lookout is located. We sat in the car, watched the sunset as we ate some awesome toasties (thanks Antonia), and dug into our delicious cheesecake cups. U-PICK FLOWER DATE IN THE ADELAIDE HILLS 🌸💐 Antonia and I headed to Hahndorf Flower Farm and I swear there isn’t a more beautiful place in Adelaide. It’s Dahlia season, you get your little satchel with scissors + spray, then the owner Jon shows you how to pick the flowers properly — and you’re off making your own bouquet. There was a limit of 8 dahlias (small numbers left), but we had free reign on the other flowers — patterns and colours everywhere. I even found a perfect one for Antonia’s bouquet… chivalry isn’t dead 😅 After picking, you go into the workshop to choose a vase and arrange everything (with complimentary tea, coffee + biscuits). I absolutely sucked at arranging, so Antonia and Jon saved me — but the final bouquet turned out unreal. Dimi ran a full biomechanics assessment: gait analysis, spine check, and tests for foot posture, range of motion, muscle strength, and a Jack’s test. Super thorough. Tucked-away spot with two sections: restaurant first, then slide over to the bar. Starters: Truffle Arancini Balls = next level. Drinks: Fortune Cookie Old Fashioned for me, Marshmallow Funfetti Sour for Antonia. CUSTOM WATCHES MADE IN ADELAIDE ⁉️ I worked with @builtdiff_timepieces to create a fully custom watch from scratch — sent inspo, iterated mockups, Dion sourced the parts, then hand-built the whole piece. Spec’d a sunburst brown dial with the joe media. logo in rose gold, silver hands, a two-tone rose-gold/silver case + bracelet, and rose-gold bordered hour notches. He even invited me into the studio to see the build — the attention to detail was crazy. Watching it come together, tested, then on the wrist… that dial glows in the sun. NEW K-BBQ + HOTPOT SPOT IN ADELAIDE CBD ⁉️ Me and the boys pulled up to Chunky Obba Gogi on Waymouth St and it slapped — premium all-you-can-eat with wagyu + seafood, killer sides, and the rare combo of Korean BBQ and hotpot on one table. We cooked through tender beef brisket, marinated beef intercostal, wagyu, dropped ramen into the hotpot, and even tried K-beef tartare. Drinks? K-Star Martini, Yuzu Margarita, Cass (South Korea’s go-to lager), plus a custom mocktail for the driver. Dessert = bingsu to finish.
