It's amazing how feeling can reach through the ages and still caress a heart, move a soul, lit a fire under feet. For a tune 90-years-old (at the time of recording), It still hits so hard. The earnestness, the pure joy in the descriptions, they all cumulate to this absolutely beautiful painting…

If there's nobody posting acoustic covers of Tin Pan Alley tunes, then I am no longer on this earth. For a tune 90-years-old (at the time of recording), It still hits so hard. The earnestness, the pure joy in the descriptions, they all cumulate to this absolutely beautiful painting. Thanks for…

I once sang this tune at a Halloween Just a guitar and a voice to test out bones of a song, And this song passes with flying colors. For a tune 90-years-old (at the time of recording), It still hits so hard. The earnestness, the pure joy in the descriptions, they all cumulate to this absolutely…

It wasn't until I looked a little close that I saw the deep melancholy in these lyrics. This song was a rabbit hole! One that's always seemed to hover somewhere in the periphery for as long as I can remember, and yet I never realized how mournful and sorrow-laden the lyrics were. The lyrical depth…

This one passes the Campfire Test with Flying Colors every year! This song was a rabbit hole! One that's always seemed to hover somewhere in the periphery for as long as I can remember, and yet I never realized how mournful and sorrow-laden the lyrics were. #songstober Day 1️⃣4️⃣. Here’s an original. If I’m honest, I think a small reason I love fall so much is that I can sing this tiny tune guilt free. Any guesses on the cider-town this tune is inspired by? Hope your Songstober is flowing well☺️🧡✨ #singersongwriter #folkmusic #americanamusic #warm

#songstober Day 1️⃣3️⃣. Dreams. Some much feeling and emotion with just two chords. There’s something to say about using only what you need in that. #singersongwriter #folkmusic #fleetwoodmac #stevienicks

#songstober day 9️⃣ A little John Denver tune for your day. I love the versatility of this one. The way it’s such a joyful tune, but if you sing it while it’s raining, it takes on this mournful-longing quality that feels so complex. What a tune! #singersongwriter #folkmusic #johndenver #warm
