Old habits die hard. Get me some prewrap for my hair too, please 😅 #formerathlete #millenialnostalgia #retiredathlete #nostalgicoutfit #millennialurge

Biggest shout out to this random stranger for being my unofficial pacer! Stayed with her the entire race and was able to maintain 8:29/mile pace and PR’d my 5k by over 2 minutes. Extremely proud and satisfied with this race🏅 #runtok #runningrace #runthroughcentralpark #raceday #motherrunner

I might’ve blacked out at the finish line, but was sure to celebrate finishing the race even though it wasn’t my best. The course was hard, the heat and humidity didn’t help, but the atmosphere and the vibes kept me going 🏃🏻‍♀️💨 @lululemon #runtok #lululemon10ktour #lululemon10kmiami #momwhoruns #10krace #finishline

Oh how I wish to be spending more time running 😭😂#onthisday

Still funny 😂 #onthisday #fitnessfail #yogafail #30something

I use to have a coach that said “crazy people are always right” and I have been following that motto ever since. We define our crazy 🤷🏻‍♀️ Someday going out for the run seems like a crazy goal too, right? #motherrunner #strollerrunning #momwhoruns #strongerinmotherhood #lauderdalerunclub

My husband joined us for today’s run and it made the run so much better! 😍 Before you guys come for him for not pushing the stroller, you should know that the only way our toddler wasn’t complaining was when he can see his dad running in front of him 🤷🏻‍♀️ #familyrun #strollerrunning #momwhoruns #familyrunningtogether #motherrunner

Now you guys know one of the reasons I go to run club 😅 @Lauderdale Run Club #runclub #runningwithdogs🐾 #runninghumor #lauderdalerunclub #fortlauderdalerunners

Having to run much slower this summer has been a challenge much harder than I anticipated. Reminding you that it doesn’t matter how slow you go, as long as you keep going. #slowrunner #motherrunner #strollerrunning #monwhoruns #runningwithastroller

Sunday Funday is always worth waking up for! Beautiful morning run ☀️ #runtok #runningtransition #sundayrunday #momwhoruns #runningmotivation

Mini Run Vlog of trying out the new park featuring my favorite way to consume electrolytes during the run @SaltStick (P.S. code JUSTVAL gets you 20% off) 10/10 recommend finishing your run at the splash pad for the most effective cool down 💦 #SaltStickSummer #motherrunner #strollerrunning #momswhorun #runvlog

Running is better with a community 🫶🏼 as always can count on @Lauderdale Run Club to bring the vibes and motivate me to run on the days I’m not feeling like it ✨ #runclub #motherrunner #strollerunning #momswhorun #didntfeellikerunning

How lucky are we to be able to run with such a view 🥹 Sunday Funday with @Lauderdale Run Club as I’m feeling better week by week #strollerrunning #coastalrunning #beachrun #motherrunner #lauderdalerunclub

Sunday Morning Run with @Lauderdale Run Club x Legacy Pushing the stroller up the bridge is not getting easier no matter how many times I’ve done it 😅 #strollerrunning #motherrunner #momwhoruns #bridgerunning #sundayrunday

Before having my son, I use to look at mothers running with a stroller and think “I could never, running is hard even without pushing extra weight”. Now I run with a stroller up the bridges… 😅 I hope a mom or a mom-to-be sees this and realizes she is so much more capable that she thinks! #strollerrunning #motherrunner #momwhoruns #joggingstroller #strongmama

Tuesdays are my favorite day of the week because I get to spend it with @Lauderdale Run Club Tha atmosphere is unmatched, the route is not too long, but can be made into a tough work out, the post run workout and stretches are perfect icing on the cake, as well as complementary PT and keg of beer for the runners. Nobody else does it like this!! All paces are welcome, family and pet friendly atmosphere! #lauderdalerunclub #runclub #strollerrunning #motherrunner #fortlauderdalerun

A little different Strava transition today 😅

Summer stroller running isn’t for the weak 😅 Tried to record with my not dominant hand today, is that as obvious to you as it is to me? #strollerrunning #summerrunning #recordingwhilerunning #momwhoruns #motherrunner

Pushing the stroller up and down the bridge has humbled me 😅 might have been by 100th time running this bridge, but for some reason it has been so much harder today. Sunday Funday with @Lauderdale Run Club #flroidarunning #strollerrunning #familyrun #lauderdalerunclub #runningbridges

First run vlog with the new stroller. It was soooo hot and humid and breathing was sooooo hard, but it felt soooo good to finally be back running. Further - more! #strollerrunning #momwhoruns #motherrunner #runvlog #comeonarunwithme

It might feel like I’m breathing through a sock in South Florida right now, but I’m grateful that I get to go outside and take my son to the park to play in nature. Daily movement is a non-negotiable 😌 #strollerwalk #weoutside #dailymovement #mentalhealthwalk #momlifevibes

“Grateful” doesn’t even begin to describe how I’m feeling right now. This is not just a run club, it’s a community, where everyone is welcome and everyone is pushing each other to be better. Biggest thank yous to @Punk On The Run and @Lauderdale Run Club for everything you do for the community and even more for an opportunity to be running again and sharing miles with my son 😊 P.S. shot out to @aaaaaleks for the videos and commentary 😂 #strollerrunning #momwhoruns #lauderdalerunclub #runclub #runningcommunity
